People are talking about Big Game Hunter , like they dont already know that after the release of the cards Big Game Hunter will not have the text "Battlecry: Destroy a minion with 7 or more attack".....Hahahahahahha they still think that Big Game Hunter will destroy 7+ attack minion ahahahahahahah....Sorry guys but Big Game Hunter after the release will be just 400 dust because it will be worth 400 dust after the nerf to disenchant him , not 100 dust
Still dies to Shadow Word: Death. Literally unplayable.
That's too specific Sir....so Lets just dont play any minions on board to counter the combo Wild Pyromancer + Equality
We should also consider in the Warrior matchup that anything you play dies to Armorsmith+Brawl since she will inevitably win it every time. All minions confirmed as trash tier now.
Thats the point...i was sarcastic with Wild Pyromancer + Equality combo cause you told me about Shadow Word: Death .....Lets just dont compare class specific cards with neutral cards , its completely different and all Classes should have a chance for a comeback or board clear but class cards not neutral cards....Constructed is not Arena... Big Game Hunter indeed was a problem because it was neutral... Shadow Word: Death is not a problem cause its a priest card
Lol I think there may have been something that was lost in translation due to text not conveying sarcasm. I wasn't seriously entertaining the idea class-specific cards/combos would eliminate a card from being playable. ;)

Worst than the 7/6 mech for druid. I mean, 2/3 are the vanilla stats for a 2 drop, 6/7 is vanilla for a 6 drop, why not making it a 6/7?
7/6 is also vanilla for a 6 drop? :P
3/2 is also a right vanilla for a 2-drop. But 2/3 to 3/2 is superior and 6/7 to 7/6. So the right thing to do was to make it a 6/7. Beckoner of Evil is a good card, this one isn't. It also get bonuses during the late game. What we want is to have the bonuses early in order to benefit from Klaxxi and co…

I'd say it depends on what kind of deck you are playing, 6/7 is better then 7/6 for sure because 1 attack there doesn't make a lot of difference, but a 3/2 is in most cases better then a 2/3. If given the choice to pick a croc or a raptor in arena you always pick raptor (maybe with priest you can pick the croc)
C Thun decks will most likely run only 2-4 Cultists + cthun the 4/2 and maybe the 3/4.
this card is sooo bad, its a straight worse boulderfist ogre. Nobody with a sane mind will play this. And why is this a rare? could have been common...and name change...Legendary name with a rare symbol thats valuewise beyond a common...lmao.
At least Blizzard isn't over costing these cards. This is pretty much a flipped Boulderfist Ogre with a +2/+2 for C'Thun. Seems like the C'thun deck will be centered around high quality vanilla minions that just give a buff to the reason the deck is built.
i wish blizzard just made the cards that buff C'thun available in arena...these cards don't need the Old God to be valuable...
Even if BGH doesn't get nerfed, how is using BGH on this a good idea? You KNOW an even bigger threat is coming. And if my opponent uses BGH on this instead of C'Thun, I won't cry about it.
In CW C'Thun, I'd play this over the 2/3 any day. I'd probably even play it over the 3/4.
Kind of a boring card compared to what we have been getting, but needed for sure. I am glad to see these smaller minions that can trade with certain legendaries, it will be needed if they nerf BGH
Now when a minion has like 6 health, agressive stat distribution isnt that much of a problem. Btw shouldnt it be Skeram Clone instead of prophet skeram, I mean the latter is a legendary.

± right. A 3/2 dies to many 1 drop or things like Damaged Golem, a 2/3 does not. A 3/2 dies to many cheap spells (including Arcane Blast or more easily to Arcane Missiles for instance, or even Holy Nova, Blizzard and Consecration), etc. A 3/2 dies to two hits with rogue/mage hero power, also. I truly believe 2/3 to be a better body.

They both have their merits, just like 3/2s vs 2/3s (nether one is strictly better, the context is certainly what matters for each). In a deck where you're running something that you want to get buffed well past 7 attack, I'd argue the more aggressive stats are less of a hindrance than people are making it sound like. It's not really cut and dry on what was the right thing, it's just cut and dry that for the mana cost this passes the vanilla test.
I really think the statline is pretty irrelevant either way, if you're running this you want the buff with a solid body; 6hp is pretty solid. If there's no place for a 6 drop that buffs C'thun and has vanilla stats (a very real possibility for a 6 mana card), the attack/health doesn't matter much IMO.

I'm pretty late, but i must point it out to people. That card shouldn't be Legendary, because it isn't The Prophet Skeram, but just one of his cultists.
When that's pointed out - for me this card is ok? Nothing special, but at least have vanilla stats, (even if swappppepd). It could work out, it could not, i just need to test it myself, especially because there was time, where Mech-Bear-Cat was a successful replacement in my Ramp Druid, when my collection was missing core cards.

I like the idea of a good deck for beginners and veterans alike. I think cthun decks will be interesting.

Fireball buff
If it was a 6-7 then it would just be an ogre with text. At least this way it's a bit different

Who's the Beatdown?
This will not see play, even in C'thun decks. By far the worst c'thun card.
Filler card for c thun deck, nothing else.
If Im to design a very similar card, id make the battlecry a deathrattle for +3/+3
Riskier added value and cool to play against as well.
