Is it possible to kills both player with 6 Pyroblasts? Or if it hits a 2 health hero with Frostbolt, does the hero die at that time or does the next heal spell like Holy Light heals him?

I think it would matter depending on the order that Yogg desides to cast them. If he casts 3 pyroblasts on you, you would die and no more spells would be cast cause the game is over
However, Flamewaker will continue to fireball characters after the enemy hero is dead, so im not sure.
I believe the way it currently works is that if a spell would do lethal damage to a player, all spells stop casting. So no, 6 Pyroblasts would not kill both players, and yes, the hero dies at the time the Frostbolt is cast and the game ends.
If you can kill both Heros by Yoggs spells, also healing up afteer death should be possible. After all, the death of a hero is chacked after the Card is fully resolved and the battlecry is only one Phase of that. I think you can revive from the (intermediate) dead, and it is equally possible to kill both Players.
As an Example for an intermediate death, play Paladin, have only 2 health, equip truesilver Champion and attack a hunter with explosive trap. You will die and then get back to 2 health...

Edit: Ah, okay the official source linked above overwrites advanced rulebook.

Yes, yes, no.
In one of the twits Blizzards say that if one of the players die, Yogg will stop throw spells.

All cards are balanced, but some cards are more balanced than others.
