My 1 Game with Elemental I smoked by opponent. Turn 1 Elemental, turn 2 shimmering, turn 4 water elemental, turn 7 baron geddon, turn 8 Ragnaros, Turn 9 Kalimos
We only get a classic pack for this brawl? Those cheap fucks at Blizzard.
... not sure how to take your comment ; sarcasm, irony or plain and simple whiny ? After 112 weeks, what did you expected? Be grateful for a change ..! :P
Had time for one game, got a dinosaur/beast warrior deck, didn't draw anything under 6 mana through first 7 turns, while my Shaman opponent had the nuts elemental draw, hopefully the dino decks are random and not always like that

Save yourself the headache and just concede until you get the elemental deck since it has legendaries like ragnaros and kalimos, while the beast deck is rocking Clutchmother zavas.
I haven't had this experience. I've done 4 games, 3 as beasts and once as an elemental player.
My experience was that the beasts could easily overwhelm the elemental player if given just a single turn while the elemental decks seemed a bit too reliant on their spells. I was able to adapt into a couple of shroud taunt dinos and just enjoyed watching the mage elemental player send tiny fireflies into it to try and break through. By then I had Swamp King Dread sitting behind that shrouded taunt and a stegodon.
I admit it worked out terribly for me in one game against a priest who threw out Anomalous and then resurrected...Anomalous. That was a game I lost on. Anom wiped out a pretty large board I had gotten from some Murloc adapt shenanigans from the Threshadon.

Blizzard really half assed this one
I haven't seen any beasts; both my games were elemental vs elemental. I got priest in one, and I think Shaman in the other.
I'd like it if they did a Brawl with some of the funniest (albeit not always strong) decks that get posted in a season by the community. I'm not rich enough to craft the cards needed for Tier5 decks - although I did craft Mal'Ganis a few weeks ago -, but I'd like to try them...
hm: wins with a specific class doesn´t count to a quest like win x games with Mage or whatever? WTF
They messed up the coding again, each class awards experience and quests to another class. I remember a previous brawl all the classes counted towards hunter for example.
You'd immagine that at some point they'd have the balancing between the decks figured out.
This kind of brawl is a task, you're going to do it, because a free pack is a free pack, but holy sh** you get destroyed the first game playing beasts, get destroyed the second game playing beasts, auto-concede when you get beasts for the 3rd time in a row, destroy your opponent when you get elementals.
Played 1 game with elemental warlock. After reading here that elementals were favored, was a bit surprised of how things were going in the first few turns. Couldn't play anything before turn 4, my hero's health was going down the drain and opponent (priest) always had the initiative.
But things started to change in mid-game, when I was able to develop some board... and btw Renounce Darkness actually helped. Got druid stuff and ended with a mixed elemental-beasts deck, lol. HP granted a little more survivability instead of consuming what precious little life I had left, and Addled Grizzly boosted other minions. Then oppo made a play of dubious value, and conceded shortly after.
Battle for the Crater
What's more powerful? Dinosaur strength or Elemental fury? Take control of a random deck and hero for a rager in Un'Goro Crater!
that's not enough to you?

seems to me based on a few games that Elementals are MUCH stronger than beasts.

This brawl is only random. Random class, random elementals or beasts and random cards of class...
Horrible brawl. Beasts are underpowered because of the high curve. Will have to try 20+ times in order to meet that one guy who will disconnect...
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
so have played ~30 games now beast win is possible, but is very extremely unlikely.

Well funny how you forget about flappy, druid has some good stuff and ramp for beasts worked for me.

This is the extreme opposite of fun.

They really phoned this one in, it isn't very good. With all the free arena and new season options, this random card mess gets lost in the shuffle.
