But none of these even come close to Patches the Pirate's taking crap on Hearthstone since MSoG release. BEGONE!
Fun fact: WotOG: 3 cards, ONiK: 2 cards (although I also considered Babbling Book, Swashburglar and Maelstrom Portal, but ultimately thought they were not oppressive enough); and finally MSoG: 8 (EIGHT) CARDS. Seriously, fck Gadgetzan.
Netherspite Historian. It's my personal nemesis. I started to hate this little **** when Blizzard introduced "synergy picks" in arena and this was in that small pool of cards. Ppl started to draft it like crazy and that stupid thing worked every single time with just one dragon in a deck. Priests were the worst, gettin Drakonid Operative every time that started another chain of misery. The amount of Deathwings played vs me was staggering as well. Now that priest has premium dragon synergies, it's even worse. Just go away already!
Pretty much all jade cards plus Raza the Chained. Evolve and Devolve have been high on my shitlist for a long time but are not that common atm. I'd also be happy if the decided to put Ice Block into the hall of fame.
Last but sure as fuck not leat I will cry tears of joy once Patches the Pirate is gone. That fucking card caused so many cancer decks that I've waited for it to rotate out of standard pretty much since it first entered the card pool.
I was torn between Patches and Jade Idol, but Patches was almost in every freaking deck, so I went with him. I'm a Priest player, so maybe I'm biased, but I think Raza wouldn't have been so oppressing if it wasn't for Prophet Velen+Mind Blast.
Cant wait for the rotation when Priest go to the sh**t place where they belong. They will lose key cards in all archtype lolz. And Jade idol, finallly...

Deck is still broken without velen, I actually played a build without it for a while.
And even with the rotation, I still think they should nerf the Anduin/Raza combo in some way, for the sake of wild. Take a look at what the deck looks like when it has access to reno, lightbomb, etc. It's actually hilarious..
It's gotta be Patches. Will anyone play Pirate after? Did anyone play Pirate before? I hate Jade, but I will miss it. Will Druid recover? I don't think they have many good control options with out Jade. And I've just started to love Raza... its been great since August. I will shed a tear when Raza rotates. The rest... meh... par for the course on expansions.

I actually liked playing pirate warrior before MSOG(bloodsail cultist and n'zoths first mate were already enough to make the deck viable). Back then most of the warriors you faced on ladder were either pure control or c'thun, so nobody expected you to be playing a warrior aggro variant. This gave you a hilarious surprise factor.
Patches. Ain't no question for me. Patches. Soooo sick of every single archetype in this game getting the 3-card pirate package. The tempo swing off of it is bananas.

I'd say Raza the Chained or Barnes (thanks, Anduin, I never thought I'd hate that guy), but lets be realistic: Jade Idol. Period.
You could make a fun deck with Raza, you could (and still can) with Barnes, in fact every single card in this poll has at least one fun or at least actually interesting deck to put them in. All but one, and that is Jade Idol.

Raza would have been fine were it not for Funreaper Anduin.
Seriously, a "cast infinite times" hero power? Really?
for me, Jade Idol. Firelands Portal probably second, and Patches third. Patches would be higher, but I think people are being overly optimistic that aggro will take really that much of a hit. the cancer will never die.

Barnes is the one that needs a wild nerf (and patches I suppose but patches is tolerable for me).
resurrect priest is extremely oppressive and barnes enables it. they should think about nerfing cards by assigning them to a clan like the goons or jade just so that they can limit what classes they show up in.
patches should go to jade cause token druid needs him and rogue and aggro shaman deserve him. he would be fine with the goons too to keep pirate warrior a thing, but that would keep him with paladin too which is currently the aggro du-jour. just seeing less of patches would help people's impression of him.
Barnes should goto any clan but priest/mage/lock.
why resurrect priest is allowed to persist is beyond me - I am wild anyway, but I can't imagine why Blizz would push for resurrect priest with the new cards after it was already such a headache.
The new healing for warlock seems like a problem too. The minion synergies feel oppressive - but I suspect that the healing is what is really making cubelock such a big thing.
For me, it's Raza. I really feel that if control decks didn't have to concern themselves with being burst down from 30+ health, the Patches meta would be less aggressive.

The order of the entries is purely chronological. Here I listed the cards either widely considered 'too stronk' or just salt inducing because of RNG.
I didn't include Ice Block and what not, cause it's still not crystal clear if there will be any HoF rotation this year.
I loathe Jade Idol. I get super triggered by turn 4 Barnes, turn 5 Raza the Chained, 3+ Drakonid Operative's per game, turn 6 Doppelgangster + Evolve, and when Cabalist's Tome gives the mage another Ice Block.

Patches, by a fucking mile. I won't miss Jades either.
Raza I'm sort of on the fence, as the card is clearly broken combined with Anduin, but I still love playing the deck myself :(

Patches wins by a mile. What a piece of shit card, especially with that dumbass 3/3 pirate Tauren. Jade is a close second.
basically I want tovsee gadgetzan go away that set is the most toxic in all hs history.

Raza is such a cool card just too OP with Anduinn

So Jade Idol had to fucking go.
