Eh, Shaman basically wins the game using it's hero power; 2 mana taunt every turn makes it incredibly hard to kill Dorothy, and a 7/7 with Charge T4 (not to mention the Things that come from Below) seal the game incredibly quickly.

You still have to win by turn 8, so if you are hero powering, you'll likely be in a tough spot. Unless you meant the first time around I guess. I actually found tempo mage to be really good against the crone. Having a counter spell ready on turn 8 really neuters the witch's gameplan.
I chose shaman because of ancestral spirit in order to protect Dorothy from twisting nether. Wind fury is also very useful for bursting the crone down.

A 7/7 with Charge along with Shaman's suit of burn spells can easily get through her 20 health :P
By the way, to beat big back wolf heroic, have a double Dark Iron Skulker in your opener and it's easy win, you play them both on turn 2 just after the buff. You can run things like auctioneer, questing adventurer and malygos in the deck.

Any deck beats her non heroic fight. She has 65 health in the heroic version.
Just play Priest with two Inner Fire, two Divine Spirit, and all the buff and healing spells and minions your heart desires. It's a free win. It would in fact be challenging to lose.

Maybe if you have good RNG. It isnt that easy to inner fire in the opener though.
My own variation of secret paladin basically destroyed even heroic version of that fight. Easiest heroic fight so far. Would have been much harder if they swapped charge and taunt sides.
I think they had a cool idea in mind with the Crone, but poorly designed. The idea is to have the Crone constantly harrassing Dorothee for the first few turns forcing you to defend/buff here, then she starts dropping taunts and a turn 8 Twisting Nether is an instant loss due to the Crone's hero power.
I like the concept, but they made the encounter way too easy.

I found using priest and Mulligan for Inner Fire. Dorothy can now attack for 10 and you win by turn 3.

By the way, what is her turn 8 play? I haven't gotten that far lol.
Edit: Okay, I got it. That Reversing Switch into tornado hero power was super cool. Lol!
You can easily zoo her down with standard Zoolock (I would add in creeper though).

If anyone is still struggling, try this deck.

They give you a free 10 health minion on turn 1 knowing that Inner Fire exists in the game. Terrible boss design. You win on turn 3.

Well at least Priest is Playabe in Adventure :P

I beat the heroic Crone using Fel Reaver and Counterspell. The AI decides to buff my Fel Reaver to mill me, and of course, the Counterspell counters the Twisting Nether that she plays from turn 8 on.
You can use a wild deck to beat the bosses.
