Mines are Galakrond Priest, Libram Paladin, and aggro Rogue. I know the last 2 are super strong but they are still some of the most fun decks to play right now I think. I like to change em up a bit to make a little more off meta too like I made a Gadgetzan Auctioneer, Zephrys the Great, and Dragonqueen Alexstrasza package for my Libram Paladin and it still worked great and was super fun. I added a togwaggle and big minion package to Aggro Rogue which still worked great against aggro and non aggro decks and was fun getting 0 cost Keymaster Alabaster which by the way is my favorite card of the set, very fun to meme with.
And for the priest deck you probably already seen it but I changed it up a bit:
Pain Pen flinger warlock is a bomb. It also is quite hard to figure out some darkglare mana cheat turns so that makes it even more rewarding when you learn on the way.
Aggro rogue with a big minion package sounds fun. You probably use Polkelt to get those big ones for free? I should try that!
I played Libram Paladin (all possible variants) from start to finish in Ashes of Outland and played it the first 2 days after i crafted the new cards (with huge success). It's still fun to play but i'm kinda strange: If my favorite deck gets too popular i stop playing it...
After that i mostly try out my own homebrews but i haven't found one yet which stand out. Pain Warlock is also fun to play.

HL control shaman got some new tools, currently my fav deck (no quest, no spell dmg, pure control hl)
Finally, I can play rogue without feeling like I'm cheating out mana and cards. Blackjack, Sap you! Wish I had the quest...
Mozaki Budget is just dumb fun - no evo, raz, or the epic four elemental package - shenanigans galore till otk.
Honorable mention - any warlock deck, even though carpet zoo is rather dead.
The one I don't play - aggro priest.
Tidal Wave is my new favorite Shaman card. That card is the nuts sometimes
Devolving Missiles is my fav, Edwin 12/12 3rd turn and an empty hand turning to a wisp --> opponent's gone. Then there are the druids and paladins... 30+ stats turning to 10, then 0.

Hunter in Wild is rly good atm. Control/Big easts/OTK Combos and HL too. This expansion gave hunter alot control/midgame cards. I love the wild more than standard.
For me, Demon Hunter is a lot more fun to play...I never really enjoyed the class before but the new tools like Magehunter, Glide and Star Student add an extra dimension to the class I feel.
Also any midrange deck with Lorekeeper Polkelt... my favourites are Spell damage Hunter that flips onto Vereesa/Sorcerous Subsitute, and Totem Shaman that flips onto Totem Goliath/Bloodlust.
HL control shaman got some new tools, currently my fav deck (no quest, no spell dmg, pure control hl)

I was very skeptical about Tidal Wave before the expansion but the card has already delivered big time for me so far. There are a lot of aggro decks that flood the board out there which means that this card can often be a full board clear + Reno effect. Quite insane. Also it curves perfectly as an answer to Soulciologist Malicia Fireheart is also insane if played late, followed by stringing 4-5 spells created off him Diligent Notetaker is another amazing card, I usually play him before Devolving Missiles But the card I love the most in HL Control Shaman is Bandersmosh. Now with Lightning Bloom, if the stars align, you can coin out on turn 2 something like Dragonqueen Alexstrasza, Dinotamer Brann, Sir Finley of the Sands, Lord Jaraxxus and so on

As pure shaman - Diligent Notetaker is one of the best things happening to shaman. Tidal Wave is certainly a close 2nd along with Instructor Fireheart.
Yeah those cards too but I don't have fireheart
Keymaster Alabaster come faster
Infinite Freeze Mage. Hella fun to play with, hella pain to play against.
