So this is my updated Spanish Inquisition deck. Its probably one of the most disgusting face rush decks I have ever made. What really makes this deck shine is no one expects it, because the entire community has labeled Mind Blast a horrible card. Thanks to Hunters, people have begun to change their tune. Toss in the GvG Shadowbomber and you get some nasty burst damage that can just chew threw most control decks and out burst aggro decks....
Could you elaborate on the choice of an Azure Drake. I don't really see it fitting there. Also with Northsire Cleric, who exactly are you planning on healing? Or is it just there to be a strong turn one drop?
Otherwise looks like an intresting deck, i like the concept of taking a class and using it for other things than its "original purpose". Too bad i'm missing the epics and legendary from this deck so i cannot try it.
Well the reason for Northshire. Early game it can really mess with people into think its your typical priest an most wont put out a minion less they know they can kill it, cause who wants to give priest a card draw? By the time they realize it was a sucker play its to late. The azure drake is meant for card draw and to possibly get a card draw off of and its a minion they have to remove. If they ignore it then it can be used to power up the spell blast combo. Though yes a better choice could be made, say Abomination since most of your minions are disposable, Hell even madder bomber could work, but it tends to cause issues you could go with a leeroy here and if I had one he would be there. You can also go with a argent commander or that 5/2 charger, though I tend to find they are not as good. All you really need is the epics. The legendary can be subbed with a kobold geomancer.
And yet it does. On average hunters are getting 6 to 8 damage off of hero power. we make up for this with shadow bombers, and spell power combos. Also hunters at 8 mana can at max with spells and hero power can do 12 damage. Priest can do 14.
I looked at this card originally and I thought, you know, it's a card, and you play this card. The card will be that card that you play so you're playing a card. So, it is one thing to play a card. If you're opponent doesn't really have any cards, the card will screw up the card pretty hard, and that means it's a pretty good card.
Dude, it finishes off early game drops and taunts up the board for a quick momentum-shift. It works very well and is the most underrated card in the new expansion imo
I did something similar with a fast deathrattle based deck, including Shadow Bomber and Mind Blast. Didn't run Northshire because it was all face and I didn't want to spend early turns healing. Late game plan was 2 x Shadow Form and 2 x Jeeves to restock and keep on pressuring.
It was a cute deck but I feel that aggro shadow Priest decks still need a card or two to actually be somewhat viable. I can definitely see that Blizzard will want aggro Priest to be a thing, especially as this is a less frustrating gamestyle to play against. Lets see what the next expansion holds as they move towards this.
Hey there TheChiv. Permission to use this in the class sticky as an example of aggro deathrattle deck? Not many around and its always good to see people try different stuff (even if I personally hate decks going face).
Thanks, will do. Only the deck section to go now. How successful is it? Can it push to ranks 7-8 upwards? Has anyone really tried something similar in ranked? If so, please tell me how it performs.

That's a good question. Depending on the meta it can have some issue. Because this a pure face rush, all or nothing kinda deck, classes or decks in general with a lot of taunt in the early to mid game become a problem. So Shaman can be the bane of this deck if you do not pull the mass dispel on time. Also Arcane nulifier becomes an issue and if that card keeps seeing play will require a sub of the single silence for a iron beak owl. Against most control decks it just crushes them even control warrior with all its armor generation never gets a decent counter board to make it worth going for their combo plays and thus the end game bursts can really screw them up. The other deck design that has shown the ability to counter this deck is mages. Never having to trade into the low drop minions and being able to hero power them instead of using minions gives them an edge, not to mention ice block is annoying.
As for higher rank play. Noxious has been able to pilot a his version based off my original concept, into and past 7. The variation is in the silence options and an extra azure drake, and leeroy. I opted for more early game burst with the wolf riders so I am not so heavily reliant on all the damage spells for the end game.
The deck is strong, can come away with some amazing victories but like all things in hearthstone knowing your deck and rng are always a factor.

What are your thoughts.
Really clever name.
I like it... but I really dislike Shadowbomber in general...

Dude, I think my deck does pretty well. Dude, Gnomeregan Infantry is the card to have in an aggro priest.

Why? What does Gnomeregan Infantry do for you?

I did at one time however before spectator mode I had sack it to get another legendary for my show...Now however its on the list of replacements.
This has been pretty decent against undertaker hunter.
Not sure if hyped yet.
