I know it's been done before and all that, but I looked around the internet for a little while and nothing seems to really answer my question correctly, and if it does, it's "outdated" since the questions/answers are all PRE-TGT
I wanna know, besides Tirion, what are the best legendaries I can get to step up my pally deck ?
I don't own popular cards like : Ysera / Sylvanas Windrunner / Harrison Jones / Bloodmage ThalnosI was wondering what people think would be the best, I know that it also depends on the type of deck I'm playing but to be real honest I'm not that good at Identifiying the types of deck I'm facing or even what I'm playing, I create my deck with what I think will work and try stuff out.. maybe people could put a label on my playstyle and that would also help me :P
Yeah, I tried Mysterious Challenger in a different deck it's fun to play but really doesn't fit my deck since i'm running no secrets :P, But i've seen it well used in a deck and it was really nicce !
I was wondering if Bloodmage thalnos could be nice, could be cool with consecration and hammer of wrath, no ? otherwise I could just cycle it to get a card draw..
yeah I tried Solemn Vigil for a while, liked it but pulled it out to see if I can really notice the difference, and yeah... about the Quartermaster , I might look noob/silly but whatever.. I was really thinking of putting it in my deck but I wasn't sure if it was 1- a good idea 2- if so, what to remove.. And I removed one Muster for Battle, Honestly I was trying stuff out and don't remember what i swapped it for :P
But i'll take your advice into consideration bro and I'll try these modifications immediately :)
Thanks Alot my friend, yesterday, I was really asking myself : Sylvanas or Harrison.. But I came to think that I am playing around lvl 15, and I don't face THAT MANY Patron warriors so far, just once in a while, so i wouldn't get value out of him that much, I guess you just confirm my thoughts :P
I really don't know About gormok, I think I would have to swap to many cards to get value from him... I'm very skeptical about it but hey.. I'm open to all suggestions, im no pro player
I'd aim for picking up Sylvanas or Harrison simply because, while they're not always the best card ever, they work in a lot of decks, not just your current one, and they always do SOMETHING good, and you will almost always be able to play them, even in an aggressive matchup. another excellent legendary for your deck is Loatheb as (s?)he can seriously mess with your opponent's ability to clear your board or combo you down.
your playstyle, by the way, seems to be most aligned with a midrange Paladin with a few control Paladin elements, you primarily aim for having a board, but you have some good survivability measures and ways of clearing the opponent's board, the inclusion of a Silver Hand Regent and Justicar Trueheart in combination with your Murloc Knight duo make your deck really good at filling up the board after you get wiped out by other control decks, and you should be able to hold your own against tempo or midrange decks if you identify their threats correctly.
a poor opener can screw you against an aggressive matchup but you have enough survivability that it shouldn't be too bad, and combo deck matchups depend on you getting big taunters down after drawing out the opponent's premium removal, i.e. Execute in Frothing/Patron Warrior, and Sabotage in Tinker's Sharpsword Oil Rogue. (since you mentioned having a tough time telling what your opponents are, an easy way to tell these specific decks is, if your opponent is a rogue, its a Tinker 80% of the time, especially if they play Violet Teacher, if a warrior plays a weak taunt, specifically Dread Corsair or Unstable Ghoul, runs Slam, runs Inner Rage or runs Battle Rage, you know its almost guaranteed to be a patron warrior before the combo pieces come down.
Other options for minions include Kel'Thuzad, Eadric the Pure, Ragnaros the Firelord, and Nexus-Champion Saraad, but they're more control oriented or greedy, out of them i'd pick Ragnaros, but Kel'thuzad can be powerful in a deck that can fill up its board often. Thalnos is actually a thought for you, unlike more recent variations of paladin, as you are running two hammers of wrath on top of two consecrates, but I usually like Thalnos more in decks that play several damaging spells in one turn or decks that run several multi-target spells.
as for non-legendaries to look into, Big Game Hunter or Wild Pyromancer as one-ofs are good forms of removal, especially given pyromancer's synergy with equality, Kodorider is a little better than some people give it credit for, and in a deck that thrives on boardstate it can be a welcome edition, but it would better fit into a deck that is even more set on shoving 3+minions onto the board every turn than yours is (a deck like that would definitely run Gormok though). an additional Sludge Belcher would be useful if you have issues with combo decks or aggressive decks, and lastly, Coghammer is just an absurdly powerful weapon, worth checking out.
Sylvanas is probably the best one you can get. If the meta ever slows down, she'll be irreplaceable, and she also works in many other decks. However, in paladin, I think that she is a little bit too slow, at least in the current meta.
I was wondering if Bloodmage thalnos could be nice, could be cool with consecration and hammer of wrath, no ? otherwise I could just cycle it to get a card draw..
Some people run bloodmage thalnos briefly for a little while because it made consecration good vs patrons. BUT generally thalnos doesnt go too well with paladin. Thalnos is mostly useful in rogue, freeze mage and sometimes in druid.
Your legendary top paladin picks (besides the ones you allready have) should be Ysera and Sylvanas. Ysera if you go for more late-game, sylvanas if you go for mid-range. You cant go wrong with those two legendaries anyway, they're amongst the 5-6 best legendaries in the game regardless of class. They can go in a lot of different decks and work very well in them. Your deck seems more mid-rangy so maybe Sylvanas?
BUT i agree with Trinity809... Many people who're relatively new to the game seem to think that the more legendaries you have the better the deck, but that's not even remotely true. The legendaries that you allready got (Tirion, boom and Justicar) are enough, you should probably invest in upgrading the rest of your deck before you craft another legendary. One (or maybe even two) Quartermaster(s) and a second Muster for Battle are a must, but i think Trinity is wrong about Divine Favor and Solemn Vigil. The deck is too slow for divine favor, and solemn vigil has been proven not to work very well.
I also have my doubts about how well annoy-o-tron, the 2x hammer of wraths and the 2x warhorse trainers work in such a deck. Hammer of wrath just doesnt do enough damage and you probably dont really need the card draw, warhorse trainers dont have a good enough body and dont do enough. Maybe instead of 2x warhorse trainer try: one warhorse trainer and one shredder or loatheb or big game hunter? ...and isnt guardian of kings too slow? Try healbot instead and see how it goes.
I really don't know About gormok, I think I would have to swap to many cards to get value from him... I'm very skeptical about it but hey.. I'm open to all suggestions, im no pro player
Wow, So much thanks for everyone here for your answers and thoughts ! These are very much appreciated, I'm a bit more confused now as how to modify it with all the different opinions hahaha ( but in a good way) and I understand that I will lead my choice towards Either Ysera OR Sylvanas Windrunner
I tried in the past 2x Quartermasters but I found it slows me down more than it helps me though.. And Special thanks to Breakkah to to help me clarify my playstyle !
Sylvannas and harrison are great. I used them in my pally deck while climbing to legend. I think ysera is abit too slow in current meta. As for thalnos for hammer, I think its not necessary, since hammer is too slow and equality conse is already a better clear

I wanna know, besides Tirion, what are the best legendaries I can get to step up my pally deck ?
Her are all the legendaries I have (Pally + Neutral) and that I think can be an asset to my deck, I don't have that many.. : Tirion Fordring - Alexstrasza - Justicar Trueheart - Dr. Boom
Here's my deck at the moment.. :
So yeah, What you guys think are the best legendaries for a pally since TGT ?! That'd help me a whole lot !
It's not TGT, but personally I really like Kel'Thuzad in Paladin.
Yeah, I tried Mysterious Challenger in a different deck it's fun to play but really doesn't fit my deck since i'm running no secrets :P, But i've seen it well used in a deck and it was really nicce !

Gormok is very good in paladin

Justicar Trueheart is simply INSANE in paladin
The end is coming!
