Due to rise of midrange paladins and jade druid i am having a hard time to break through rank 4. Is it just me or midrange hunter is a getting out of meta? :((

How do you lose to jade druid with hunter? They are one of the worst matchups for jade druid in my experience.

Lost few in a row but had really bad hand. after that had ok w/r.. Paladins and Q warriors are wrecking me. I am having this feeling that hunter were stronger at the start of expansion, but now its not that competitive.
I hit legend last season at the end of the month (a few days ago) with Mid range hunter. I used Leeroy Jenkins instead of Nesting Roc, which seems to be the more popular card in mid range hunter currently. I ended up having a 60-65% win rate from rank 5 to legend. I would say it's still competitive.
It's not that it isn't competitive. it's more a counter to tier 1 decks, you can tech some hungry crabs or golakas crawlers to beat paladins and warriors, or flare to counter mages. The problem is that hunter has to play suboptimal cards to have of a chance of beating tier 1 decks, but tier 1 decks just play the best cards they have.
To be honest, it will be very hard to hunter to be a real tier 1 one during the duration of a rotation because hunters don't have card draw or board clearers, making it too difficult to recover from a bad board, it can't race other aggro decks or defend against them, meaning, if you can't get decent trades against token druid or pirate warrior, you lose, and, of course, value oriented control decks will have easy wins against hunter due to the lack of decent weapons and chargers topressure. It was tier one during the first weeks of un'goro but it's not anymore. Cards that seemed good like dinomancy and stampede are not used because they are too slow.
I'm still waiting for cards like, 5 mana spell - deal 1 damage to each enemy minion for each beast you played, so we can clear board before highmane, and something like 3 mana spell - draw a card, if it is a beast, draw another card.

I agree with this. Had a fairly good time between Un'Goro launch and end of last season, but now I'm struggling much more.
Last VS report supports this view, too: alas, hunter is declining both in power and in popularity. We can tech a bit, but we can't tech against everything, and anyway there's a price to pay for teching. Some add taunts, some other add burst, or crabs or anti-secrets like Flare/Eater of Secrets... but jack of all trades = master of nothing.
So much so that we also see decks that go all "screw tech, just gonna play my game", like theoddone's.
Sunshine Hunter is back and more broken than ever.
I don't get how can you say this. Not trying to troll or anything, I honestly would like to understand. Care to elaborate a bit?
BTW, didn't even know about the existence of Sunshine Hunter (been playing for just a few months) so I searched for it. It seems a good deal of its brokenness came from low cost Starving Buzzard, but that has been heavily nerfed. Not to mention the most recent versions of sunshine here on hearthpwn date back to 2015?

hunter should actually have the advantage against Paladins
For Murloc Paladin you can use Hungry Crab, Flare and maybe The Black Knight. Jade Druid is easy with a good starting hand.
Greetings, traveler.
Let's make Hunter great.

Here's a picture of the decklist I used:
Legend Hearthstone player. Hunter main.

No problem with Midrange Paladins - WR around 60% on Golden Ranks:
