... well, yes but 2 players short - Rase & Nalguidan - from everyone playing Warlock, and only 1 Warrior deck presented tho
Lich King in over half the decks seems good.
Doggerino hype train
The Black Knight in 2018....I'm impressed.
Thanks for the decklists as usual Flux.
Rase's 2nd Taunt Druid is actually Taunt Warrior, must be a typo.
Druid: Naturalize, Lesser Jasper Spellstone
Warrior: Whirlwind, Shield Slam
Warlock: Dark Pact, Mortal Coil
Paladin: All secrets, Blessing of Might, Lost in the Jungle
Shaman: Lightning Bolt
Rogue: Hallucination, Deadly Poison. Cold Blood
Mage: Arcane Missiles
Priest: Power Word: Shield, Holy Smite, Inner Fire
Hunter: Tracking. Play Dead. Arcane Shot
And that's just what's relevant or semi-relevant to the meta.
Thanks a lot!
Play Dead Naturalize Lost in the Jungle Blessing of Might Lesser Jasper Spellstone Cold Blood Hunter's Mark
9 Taunt Druids, 8 Shudderwock Shamans, 4 Recruit Hunters. A lot of greed, i expected some Odd Rogues or Midrange Hunters to punish this much greed, like Hunterace did in Seoul.
I like Turna and killinallday's line-ups for being good against greedy line-ups. With a Warlock ban they are very powerful. Voted for Turna.
wierd i just short listed both these in my head, leaned towards Turna then read your post Turna it is.
I share your opinion. I voted for Killin even before submission deadline because I just like his consistency.
The tournament format is different, you cna ban an opponent's deck. So nothing prevents you from bringing greedy decks knowing that if opponent has an agro deck you can ban it
Rogue playing Miracle, like always do since the beggining of the time...
Blizzard please, send Preparation to HoF, release good class rogue cards instead the usual trash and maybe rogue can do something else...
Anyone wanna tell this dude about Kingsbane, Odd or even the janky archetypes like Thief, and to a lesser extent Even?
I don't say you're wrong. Rogue class cards are tier above other (maybe except for mage). However miracle Rogue requires a good amount of skill to play properly, so I definitely don't mind deck like that to be ever present in competetive scene.
Classic rogue class cards are awesome, the problem are class cards from the expansions, 95% sucks.
1- Thief is trash, the tournaments just prove that, you never see and probably never will see the deck in serious competitive scenario.
2- Odd rogue deck use an insane amount of neutral cards and some classic class cards, the problem never was the classic set or the neutrals, rogue always make a good use of them (Miracle is the major example), the problem is the class cards of the expansions, with very few exceptions like Kingsbane or Viles all sucks.
3- Even rogue is trash.
1 - The point was to talk about what else is out there. It is not just about what is uber-competitive. You do understand also that other archetypes besides Miracle have made waves on ladder and in tournament play, right?
2 - There are plenty of other decent rogue cards out there. That the class interacts well with and leverages a lot of neutral cards isn't really so much of a problem. At least not from where I'm sitting.
3 - Again, I don't care if it's a trash archetype. The point is that it exists.
And no. Sending Preparation to Hall of Fame would cause a fantastic problem for the rogue class for the next entire year of standard on the class. A lot of what's been created is balanced around the existence of Preparation. So punting it would make Rogue trash tier for an entire ensuing year of competition, or wholly reliant on the new cards. I don't think that's better.
Preparation is a curse for rogue class, because this stupid card all rogue spells in expansions are insanely overcosted, for example, compare Nourish with Thistle Tea or Flanking Strike with Wanted! and you see what I talking about.
Much better move this terrible design card to HoF and give good and correctly costed spells for rogue, as long this card remain in Standard rogue only option for competitive play will be Miracle.
Looks like even warlock is making a strong appearance. We shall see if that deck will stand!
