He played 32 mana worth of stuff on turn 6 having also drawn 5 cards on the way while ramping. Cleared my whole board and OTK'd me at the same time. Anub'Rekhan is basically a free 7/7 with an upside.
These types of games are why I think Hearthstone is basically broken now. I know this was a slight highroll on their part, but it shouldn't be able to happen (and it's likely it would have happened before turn 10 anyway).
It's like rogues playing 0 mana 10 cost spells on turn 4, mages playing 0 mana 10 cost spells which then get repeated with a battlecry that says "Repeat the last spell you've cast that costs (5) or more." To be clear I'm OK with the initial 0 cost spell manipulation through Barbaric Sorceress. It requires some deck design limitation, you can see it coming and as a singular effect it's often not game deciding on it's own. But why does it get repeated?
Mana cheat isn't fun or fair (I include the evolve mechanic with Goldshire Gnoll and similar). The classes with no mana cheat are basically dead in the water (or are forced to play aggro/face decks).

If it loses against any DK deck it's definitely not because DK is too powerful.
The only good DK deck right now is Frost DK and you can counter it pretty easily with any control deck.
Even Control Warrior is favored in that matchup. -

At some point it was looking like it's Zeddy himself making threads about him, because I don't know who would care about him so much. The funniest opinion about him I saw was, direct quote, "If he says he is happy [about the balance patch] the whole HS community should be grateful to Zeddy he is the one who’s fighting our battle against Blizzard". Turns out, some if his haters are not so far from that in terms of giving him too much credit.
I hope you have also seen the follow up thread after the patch landed!

But then again, the HS design team is clearly starting to move away from the old design style, at least for new content, see signature cards for instance.

The situation with Cloaked Huntress is the same as with Menagerie Warden. The card itself is good, but it requires a lot of situational/mediocre cards in your deck to work properly. So, although this card gave birth to the new archetype, this archetype is weaker than another archetype from it's own class. As mentioned before, this card not even close to be Mysterious Challenger, because playing secrets from deck, not from hand is much better.

I'm very sad about Snowchugger leaving arena. This card was cool and not OP at all, just good. Why not Twilight Flamecaller or Ethereal Conjurer? Forgotten Torch also makes no sense. Why not Flamecannon or Frostbolt?
I think Rogue losing more than Mage for some reason. Paladin wasn't any better than most classes in Karazhan meta so no reason to keep Eye for an Eye, for example. Also 6 Warrior and 5 Hunter commons will be removed and only 3 Priest commons at the same time. That's incredible!
Overall I don't mind these changes, I think it's good for the arena anyway.

Priest just needs more "normal" cards, which is not OP in some cases but not situational in exchange. Maybe this will make design space wider and blizzard will be able to make some reasonble early game cards for priest.

Thanks god Purify is only in wing three so we have two more weeks to play safely without these annoying Priests everywhere.

I don't know, maybe priest preparing himself for a different game mode "try to lose". I made a deck already but I'm not sure if it works.

The trailer was amazing. I don't understand why you want to make everything darker than it is. There is enough tentacles and spiders, now it's time for sparkles.
