- Control - similar to Odd Warrior now... Doing nothing, big hand, removing something from the board, throwing stronger dragons here and there. The Boomship, fatigue or some kind of push later...
- Heavy control - Stalling for the most part of a game then stall even more by Boomshiping or double end turn effects + Dragonhatcher for super Dragons, similar to Taunt Druid (but without ramp thing)
- Can there be more than one approach? Will Dragon Warrior be a thing at all?
This is what I came up with earlier but keep in mind I have no clue what I'm doing!
I've imagined this thread as a place for throwing any deck ideas you guys come up with, clueless or not. So, welcome. :D
Actually, the deck you posted is a good scheme to analyse some choices.
Much more control oriented (with a better punch then the Odd Mech Warrior, and more proactive). And you included most of the new stuff related to dragons, which is fine.
What I think... this is a good number of pure removals, but to many of them are single-target. I would remove 2 X Devastate, and maybe put back one more Brawl.
With huge hand I would like to see Twilight Drake's in this deck. Some silence and weapon removal wouldn't hurt. Anti combo Skulking Geist, as well? Stonehill Defender can give some so much needed early play and generate some taunts which we otherwise lack. Or one can carry 2 X whatever warrior / neutral taunt, or either Sunfury Protector or Defender of Argus. Previously mentioned Wyrmguard has synergy but he comes somewhat late. Maybe after The Lich King rotates.
Card draw: Battle Rage is probably to much, just keep Acolyte of Pain's. I was considering Slam, but I'm not sure yet. Most of value you'll get from several cards that generate extra stuff. Zola the Gorgon?
I'm pretty sure Zilliax will find his place even in this deck.
I like your inclusion of Alexstrasza to save you if needed or to reverse the tempo to finish an opponent off.
Regarding Scourgelord Garrosh, he would be more effective in tempo / midrange deck. In that deck you would like to have some rush / charge minions. And definitely, Cobalt Scalebane.

Many particular choices and refinements need to see what the meta will look like. Do we need more armor, more AoE, more punch, more early protection...
Most of the support warrior received for dragons is very value oriented, so it's hard to imagine a tempo deck will suit the class, Priest seems way better for that strategy thanks to Dusk Breaker.
Besides leading to the birth of the BEST DECKNAME EVER, I can see dragons and the quest package complementing each other well, with Primordial Drake being the common denominator.
Dragon Warrior is one of the decks I'm most looking forward to trying. I haven't done any theory crafting just yet but it's not hard to imagine what a control dragon warrior could look like, both normal and Odd. I'm leaning towards the normal version simply because Dragon Roar is awesome and the 2 drop discover a spell guy is pretty sweet as well but I do think that, unfortunately, Odd Dragon Warrior will be the better deck if either version were to make it into the meta beyond the first couple of weeks.
I don't see Tempo or Midrange Dragon Warrior decks amounting to much. Warrior doesn't seem to have the tools to make it work and the dragon's we currently have in Standard aren't the best for pressuring.
This is what I will probably tool around with for a bit. There are a few cards that can be wiggle room based on how deep into fatigue it looks like the deck will go. My optimistic thought is that the increased midrangey dragon threats should mean stuff like direhorn/elise aren't necessary.
With the tools that have been enabled by the upcoming expansion, what kind of shape Dragon Warrior will gain?
- Simple tempo - by playing cards like Swamp Dragon Egg, Faerie Dragon, Scaleworm, Emberscale Drake, Nightmare Amalgam... Cobalt Scalebane... Plus Rush package.
- Midrange - similar to Tempo, but with some stronger board stickiness / serious finishing power mid-game.
---> Smolderthorn Lancer and Crowd Roaster are removals which can help both midrange and control, I guess...?
- Control - similar to Odd Warrior now... Doing nothing, big hand, removing something from the board, throwing stronger dragons here and there. The Boomship, fatigue or some kind of push later...

Additional questions.
* Odd, Even or Normal?
* Wild?
* Will Dr. Boom, Mad Genius see play in possible Control Dragon?
* Is Wyrmguard an interesting dragon guy to consider?

- Pure AoE's / removals: 2 X Execute, 2 X Crowd Roaster 2 X Smolderthorn Lancer, 1 X Brawl 2 X Warpath, 2 X Devastate
What I think... this is a good number of pure removals, but to many of them are single-target. I would remove 2 X Devastate, and maybe put back one more Brawl.
Additional secondary AoE removals like Dragonmaw Scorcher and Blood Razor seems okay.
To bad armor related removals doesn't look too practical here.
Regarding the weapon of choice, this deck really seems it doesn't have space for any other weapon other than the Blood Razor. It activates Execute.
Dead Man's Hand is an interesting choice, but maybe we already get a lot of value just from Firetree Witchdoctor, War Master Voone and Dragon Roar? Maybe not? Maybe we never have enough value?!

Looks like a midrange deck to me, seems really board centric
