I think Tickatus and RSW get nerfed because of the community outrage but Blizzard will state that internal data showed nothing wrong (Like Barnes back in the days)
And Crabrider gets nerfed because it has the power level of a class card, and it didn't age as well as Animated Broomstick did. It was easy to fix the broomstick by just giving rush to everything, but crabrider is a different story he gets better with new cards not worse, he is not in line with other neutral cards.
Piercing Shot I still believe people are trolling when they ask for a nerf it's a pretty fair card compared to Fireball or Explosive Runes, in a class that doesn't utilize damaging spells as well as mage.
And your First Day of School suggestion looks like a buff in a lot of situations. I don't believe this needs a nerf anyway, it will have a lot more variance and probably a weaker average result when new expansions come out.
Incanter's Flow, I'd hate to see this card nerfed cause it's pretty cool and fair in mage decks with minions, but I would totally understand it. In the right deck has a stronger effect than Prince Keleseth (mana reduction always better than hand buff), and the consistency of a common card. It is the card that makes people wrongly assume that RSW is the problem.
Conviction I mean whatever, 1 or 2 mana, it will still be busted on turn 10+, but that's the point of ranked cards, if anything I wish they'd buff some of the other ones like chain lightning or imp swarm. If you want to nerf it I think it would have more impact to make it +2 atk instead of +3.
And my personal bias : Soulciologist Malicia summon 2/2s instead of 3/3s. I always thought it was too much tempo, too early for a control strategy.

I mentioned this purely because I think it's a strange interaction that you can target your own stuff and deal damage to enemy hero. I would personally prefer to see Trampling Rhino gutted, but it probably won't be
I would actually like to see Crabrider made into a shaman-only card and make Spawnpool Forager neutral instead. I think that would solve a lot of problems from giving easy windfury to classes with lots of buff cards.
Guess we will see.. i still feel it needs it. At THE LEAST make its 6/6 or remove demon tag. If the nerfs hit the faster decks and they dont touch Tickatus its going to be even nastier. Warlocks just have way too much removal and heal to have such a strong control card (strong against any other control), and yes I often play a warlock deck with Tickatus. Aggro/fast decks keep us in check but if nerfs land to those decks it could make Warlock too strong perhaps.
I don't think tick will get nerfed (as much as I'd like the card to crash and burn... it's the most frustrating card in the game) because it is included in a "battle ready deck" that blizzard wants to sell. Still hate the card though, even though I don't often deal with it.
Spring water would still be too good at 5 mana. The problem is especially problematic in OTK mage in wild where with several apprentices you're able to restore several mana crystals more than you spent. I think the mana restoration will be decreased to 1, personally, if at all.
Crabrider is too strong. Whether it will be hit is not sure yet though. I think if he gets nerfed it'll probably be to three health, or remove rush as you said.
Piercing shot is not any stronger than the old kill command, so I don't think it's a problem, but they may make it target enemy minions only (because that would actually make sense).
First day of school I think will either stay the same or just be increased to one mana so you can't also play a minion turn one.
Incanter's flow is basically an Emperor Thaurissan on the mage's whole deck turn two. It's too strong in combination with flamewaker and apprentice. Not sure if it will be touched though. The devs said they don't want to touch the wild format even though it's a mess.
Conviction is very very strong for aggro paladin but I have no idea if it will be touched. In my opinion it's by far the best ranked spell, even when played at 1-4 and 5-9 mana.
Soulciologist is strong but I've personally not seen it be a problem. The only potential problem is that it corrupts tick and establishes a massive board presence, meaning the warlock can play tick next turn without any threat of dying. Tick could be changed to eight mana or something, but I think Soulciologist isn't that unbalanced since you have to build your deck around soul fragments
That would kill OTK mage (not that I'd shed any tears) and I think the devs said they don't want to touch the wild format more than necessary. The winrates are pretty ridiculous though with a flow and flamewaker in hand

Who cares? Incanter's Flow is still in Standard so Wild isn't going to be taken into account.
That aside, it's existed for a year and hasn't been a problem before now. It isn't that big of a deal. It's only good with Spring Water and Lunacy.
As for Tickatus, as I say in every thread, he is not the issue. The issue is the 35 heals and 8 board clears that are in the deck. Cascading Disaster needs to have the second Corrupt dropped, Tamsin needs to be 2 health so that you can't double School Spirits, and Jaraxxus needs weaker minions from hero power and probably not a 3/8 weapon

So what we thinking is going to get changed?
Incanter's Flow - 2 mana -----> 3 mana
Piercing Shot - Deal 6 damage to an enemy minion.....
First Day at School - 0 mana add 2 random 1 drops ----- > 1 mana add 3 random 1 drops
Conviction - 1 mana -----> 2 mana
something in Warrior probably gets targeted aswell but i'm not sure what.
no
Predictions? Or just what you would like?
Those are two different things....
Some useless nerfs, as usual.

Tickatus : burn 4 cards
Refreshing Spring Water : 5 mana

Crabrider : 1/4 windfury (no rush)

Oh my yogg > when your opponent casts a spell you cast a random spell. (Random level, random targets. Like having a book of wonder trigger)
Refreshing Spring Water: cost to 5.
Conviction: cost 2

These cards
Tickatus
Refreshing Spring Water
Crabrider
And while we're at it, nerf Murloc Tinyfin.
It's so busted that it only costs 0, and has the murloc tag? Seriously, what was Blizzard thinking when they printed this card?
I can't even count how many times I got lethal'd by this monster. Just get it out of the game already.
Gosh.
I would actually like to see Crabrider made into a shaman-only card and make Spawnpool Forager neutral instead. I think that would solve a lot of problems from giving easy windfury to classes with lots of buff cards.
They won’t nerf Tickatus.
Take a walk on the wild side...
Imagine the priest and hunter meta if these happened

Pretty sure it will be just Paladin getting nerfed. The winrates of the other classes are about where they want them to be.
Why does everyone keep crying about Refreshing Spring Water?
Come on guys, does noone realise the problem is the cost of the spells, not the amount?
Nerf Incanter's Flow and Sorcerer's Apprentice so that the spells can't cost less than (1).
Fuhgeddaboudit
They need to nerf weapon rogue. It's disgusting even though not tier 1
