Evolve Shaman will definitely be interesting now that they have a tutored draw for the single most important card in their deck (at least in standard where we don't have Evolve)
I’m making over $7k a month working part time. I kept hearing other people tell me how much money they can make online so I decided to look into it. Well, it was all true and has totally changed my life. This is where i started>>>.............www.Drwork2.com
Lol, shaman just got a powerful weapon tutor with good stats that doesn't even die to a ping, this card single handedly makes shaman good this expansion, improving evolve shaman and making aggro shaman a thing, no matter what happens next.
Nice garbage prediction thread as usual though, did not even read past the title, so I don't know which shaman card you think is bad because I have seen none so far. Great weapon tutor, good weapon, great legendaries, good burn/AoE spell.
I play mostly Shaman and just because it isn't a Tier 1 deck played by millions of players each month, I find it to be more than capable of beating any deck.
Quest Shaman is my favorite deck the last 3 months.
Shaman's evergreen set needs a rework, and I don't think anyone denies that. As they have stated repeatedly on the VS podcast, a bunch of old cards have too much overload. Overload is not the same mechanic that it appeared to be in alpha.
Beyond that, Shaman right now isn't THAT far away. I think if it gets one of either: better card draw, a competitive early game minion, early game AOE that isn't Lightning Storm, or a competitive late game legendary, the class will have a competitive deck. If it gets all of them, I think it can have multiple competitive decks.
Totem Shaman is already arguably competitive, but it could use more help fighting for board. Galakrond/Evolve Shaman is actually quite good, but entirely dependent on drawing the hammer, and folds if you don't. Control Shaman can last forever, but it can't do anything else. Quest Shaman is probably a good deck in a different metagame.
Hey look! Shaman almost got all of these things.
- A way to tutor Hammer - An early game AOE more reliable than Lightning Storm - End game - More totem support
I don't know about that, i have some hopes for evolve tempo shaman, with new Cagematch Custodian + Boggspine Knuckles

i hate evole shaman... lol clown fiesta
well said

Quest shaman can't double damage with new C'thun because it costs 10 mana, and quest hero power cost 2
Anyway, it's too early to jump in conclusions until full set is revealed
Wrong
So the only good card from this exp is Revolve. 1 out of 10. When dh gets 10 imba cards again
I mean to do it at the same turn, and you can't
new c'thun is already too slow, and wait for one turn to set up with the copmbo with tour guide is even worse
You can always use Lightning Bloom after using Hero Power.
the clown might be good for evolve shaman

I agree. Evolve Shaman suffered because it was hard to find your weapon every game. Now, that should be much easier to do.
I don't know if it has the tools to be tier 1. But it got an important boost.
I was quite disappointed about the lack of support for Totem Shaman. One legendary totem that you may or may not draw isn't enough.
Totem Shaman got some reasonable indirect support: Custodian, Wriggling Horror, Pit Master Possibly.
Shaman are still being punished for the early days of Galakrond when we still had Shudderwock and owned everybody's shit.
Done some theorycrafting.
Some use for Revolve: https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1369113-revolve-shaman
and this deck is based on this i play now https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1369091-based-phaoris-shaman
I've been waiting for good control warlock cards since Kobolds rotated out. Still waiting.
they are gun-shy to repeat that
Cute try but i don't see how you can contest any warlocks and demon hunters..
