I don't really have a checklist, but it'll be nice to hopefully see the balance between the classes remain. I understand there are a couple of decks right now that are irritating and have yet to come up with reliable counters to, but for the most part you can play almost any class (except priest atm) and climb relatively well.
I would like to see priests get brought back into the fold without becoming overpowered, and druid's power level be adjusted slightly. Mostly I'd like to see decks change by more than just a card or two. The fun part about expansions is getting to play new and interesting cards and finding new and interesting combinations to play. If this expansion just ends up being 1 or 2 cards being tech'd into each deck, its going to be a big disappointment, as far as standard play goes anyway.
With wild, I can see it adding a huge variety to the card pool and continue to see some amazing deck builds and fun interactions. I'll be buying the pre-order either way, and probably dropping some dough on a bunch of packs after to polish off the collection list. Looking forward to seeing what Blizzard has come up with.
Main thing I want to see is some Weasel Tunneler type cards to just make the most annoying/garbage decks as possible. A couple ideas could be Dr. Weasel, a 3 mana 1/1 that shuffles into the opponents deck that summons weasels that also go in the opponent deck, Weasel Burrow, a 2 mana 2/2 weasel that shuffles into the opponents deck. The opportunities are honestly endless.
On a serious note though, I would be happy with just the similar stuff we've gotten earlier this year. Sure it won't impact the meta a ton, but when rotation comes in april then the meta should be in a really nice spot as long as they don't print anything busted again. I'm playing the long game here.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.

I like your way of thinking! Except I think if you really want to have fun with it the card would be more like, "Deathrattle: shuffle 3 "blind mole rats" into your opponent's deck." Blind Mole rat 0 cost 0/1 minion: "Play this card as soon as it is drawn, this card cannot attack, this card is not targetable by minion abilities, hero powers or spells." It's essentially a "kill your opponent by flooding his board with crap he can't get rid of. I could see rogue's really having a good time with this style of card. Only way to kill it would be with AoE's.
I originally intended for this post to be about what interactions you guys will be looking for (specific and based on previous cards) once the expansion drops, rather than what cards you wish were released with the new expansion. Maybe I didn't explain myself properly.
Anyways, it doesn't matter, these answers are pretty interesting to read too!
Looking for a few dragon cards for priest and paladin. Both have some great dragon cards that don't see play because there aren't enough quality dragon cards, and there haven't been since blackrock rotated out. Duskbreaker is an insane card, with spirit lash and duskbreaker in one deck you are pretty impervious to aggro. Maybe a dragon based hero card or something on the level of Dragonfire potion.
Even shaman support, something as good as murkspark eel.

Cards that convert Battlecries to Deathrattles. I need this bad, and so does Dane.
Come visit my Card Emporium. Strange things, you will find inside...
Come take the test, if you're daring. Feel free to show me your results in a message.
