With all the hate on certain deck's let's lighten up a little by listing our favourites! (Keep in mind, most of my decks I list here are custom made. I don't netdeck)
5) Ramp Druid. Essentially a simple deck to run, but entirely dependent on whether you get the ramp cards. I honestly don't get the hate for this class (all bias aside) because up till recently, what else did you expect Druids to do? I hear lots of complaints about Druids ramping up to like 10 mana by Turn 5 and that there are other things Druids can do, so my question is: like what? Beast Druid is a joke until recently and the remainder of the cards are mana based.
But anyways, Ramp is fun for me. I don't have lots of Legendaries (Thaurissan, Boom, Rag, Alex, Sylvanas and Deathwing in this deck) but with 5/10 Taunts and 7 mana +2/+2, it still brings enough joy. Only thing is, it gets boring if played too much
4) BurgleRogue. I kinda understand Priests' kleptomaniac tendencies now. While Burgle is not as OP as Thoughtsteal imo, the recent expansions really gave this deck a boost. Essentially, cards like Huckster, Burgle and Thistle Tea are so cool. Only problem: the deck's really dependent on the cards you steal, so I recently added 2 Blade of C'Thun and C'Thun (which is about as far as I will go to a "C'Thun deck")
3) MidAggroHunter. Something I came up with recently. Basically Midrange but with a bit more early game (My late game is simple: Savvanah, Sylvanas, Rag, Boom and Deathwing. That's it). Essentially, fast paced but control enough to last. Made this 2 hours ago, went 6-2 in Casual.
2) Control Warrior. Mostly just LoE cards, but I really like my Control decks. No Taunts in there and just about board wiping with Brawl and Gorehowl.
1) Handlock. I played this pre-Molten-Giant nerf, and it has got to be my all time favourite. Keep in mind, this deck didn't have these cards almost every Handlock ran at that time: Mal'Ganis, Shadowflame (my board clear was Hellfire), Thaurissan, Sylvanas) and in fact my late game was pretty trash. Yet this baby got me to Rank 14 (my highest to date) and it hasn't been matched since. The reason was that I just didn't have that many legendaries; in fact, the only legends in the deck were Loatheb, Boom, Rag and Jaraxxus

All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy
Not sure about a top five.. But my favourite deck of all time only resides in Wild now. I suppose I could play it, but the kind of player I am knows it's not the same with different cards introduced/meta states as it once was, so it's not the same.
That favourite deck? Fatigue Mage. Oh how I loved those satisfying 30 minute games with belchers/deathlords/healbots stalling forever. :)

All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy
1. Old Handlock 2. Control Warrior (the one that became N'Zoth version) 3. Control Paladin 4. Grinder/Reno mage 5. Dragon Priest and N'Zoth rogue (I don't know which one I like more, so have them both).
I also adore every Zoo deck, but I love old Zoo which I used to play even before Naxx. Those were the fun times.
1. Midrange Paladin, Pre-Standard, fun to play, fun to play against
2. Yogg Tempo Mage, Praise Yogg
3. Copy/Grinder Mage, destroyed face hunter, back when that was a thing
4. Yogg & Load Hunter, recently on the list due to Cloaked Huntress.
5. Token Druid, the deck that made me stop hating druid's guts
Honerable Mentions: Oldschool Control Warrior, my favorite deck to face, & Deathrattle Priest, because if you have the balls to play priest in this meta, you deserve a medal or psychiatric evaluation, possibly both.
1. Tempo Mage - The explosive turns with flamewaker that can turn a game around are really cool. If you run Nexxas Champ or/and Yogg cool and unique things are bound to happen. I like how lean this deck plays, it plays with alternate turns of pumping the brakes drawing cards removing threats and throwing to tull with Flamewaker and a TON of spells.
2. Malygos Druid - I haven't got this deck to run super consistently yet but when your opponent is sitting at 26 health and your almost out cards they think they have the game locked up. Then "I am the essence of magic!" boosh boosh boosh boosh dead.
3. Yogg n' Load Hunter with Summoning stone. This deck is just nuts things happening all the time, you have to consistently refigure what your playing because you constantly getting random cards
4. Old Handlock. Handpick was a really cool deck back in the day. You get to 10 health by turn 6 and just sit behind taunts every match is pretty intense.
5. Oil Rogue - I like this deck for similar reasons as Tempo Mage the explosive turns are really exciting.
