I realize this isn't a major competitive deck, but I am running about a 50% winrate. What are some changes I could possibly make for this deck to be a little more viable? Thank you in advanced for your responses
I feel like it's a bit greedy to run both King Phaoris and Dragoncaller Alanna, maybe switch one of them to another midrange/aggro support? I feel like Frost Lich Jaina and some spells in your deck are enough to handle most control decks
If naga change your mana cost spells to 5, Phaori King will cast a lot of 5 mana minions or the original Spell cost before the Naga battlecry?
I haven't done that yet, but I believe it will summon 5-mana minions. Whenever I have a 0-mana spell from Kalecgos, it does not reduce the cost of the Arcane Tyrants.

He summons based on current cost, so all 5 cost minions
I’ve been running this version, super fun and great against any control decks. Even decent against big priest. Obvious weakness is aggro. I abandoned any early game protection lol. It’s 15-5 around ranks 13-15

While you have plenty of tools to stabliize in the lategame, rush strategies like Murloc Shaman or Odd Paladin might require a bit of a safety net, so I'd maybe consider Volcanic Potion and Ice Block. They make Dragon's Fury and Raven Familiar less reliable, but being unable to react and lose within the first 4-6 turns is something I'd be worried about. To have more recover potential with Frost Lich Jaina, I'd maybe also add Baron Geddon to have a powerful heal/board wipe.
Also, I agree that both Phaoris and Alanna are a bit too heavy. I'd probably ditch Alanna, since Phaoris has the chance to summon something significantly better than 5/5s, even if he might not always fill the board. Alanna is only better after you have used all your big spells, and in that phase, Frost Lich should be good enough.

I recently just spent practically all of my dust on this deck:

I'm also thinking about adding a Sunreaver Warmage or two. I just don't know what to take out to fit them.
