Shirvallah, the Tiger was an exciting new card spoiled for Rastakhan's Rumble! It's expensive and requires a build-around, but here's my take on what I think the build around is!
Part 1: Odd Paladin
I chose an Odd Paladin package because of it's very sustainable early game. It doesn't require a lot of cards from the hand for Odd Paladin to pressure the opponent and make efficient trades or just aggro out the opponent. Furthermore, creating two silver-hand recruits works wonders with Witch's Cauldron. Witch's Cauldron will help us get a lot more fuel through giving us a lot more spells, which in turn lowers the cost of Shirvallah, the Tiger.
Call to Arms is a great card, but with Even, Odd, and Control Paladin being the main archetypes, it just hasn't had a great deck to fit into. This deck is one deck that definitely can run it though. Pulling out Gravelsnout Knight, Glow-Tron, and Righteous Protector are actually pretty great results from it while also thinning out your deck and smoothing out your draws by a considerable amount. Furthermore, the reason I think it's particularly wanted in this deck is because it's another spell to, yet again, lower the cost of Shirvallah, the Tiger.
Once you get to playing your Shirvallah, the Tiger, it can feel really bad playing her, killing one thing and healing a bunch, then being pretty much done with her. If you build your whole deck around a card, you either want it to win the game or have a lot of value for several turns. And so, that's where Zola the Gorgon comes in! Thanks to her, you can slam down one Shirvallah, the Tiger, get a golden copy of it with Zola the Gorgon, then play a second, GOLDEN Shirvallah, the Tiger. Killing two minions, gaining 14 life, and having 2 7/5 lifelinks left on the field in one turn seems like an extremely swingy turn and one that this deck needs.
Lastly, there's the plan of Oondasta. The one most important thing about this card going forward is that all the Loa except for Bwonsamdi, the Dead are likely to be beasts. As such, Oondasta gives you the chance to both play a 7/7 Rush and kill something, plus get your Loa out. I think this is particularly powerful with Shirvallah, the Tiger because there is always the possibility that you draw like crap and need a way to make Shirvallah, the Tiger not a dead card. Oondasta simply lets you kill something with his 7/7 Rush body then get Shirvallah, the Tiger out and kill another thing and gain some life. And, if you already played Shirvallah, the Tiger, Oondasta can at least play your Baku the Mooneater!
I would love any feedback on the deck! Let's make Tiger Paladin great!
Like it. I think replacing the weapons with faster cards that generate multiple minions would work even better. The Witch's Cauldron is brilliant in this. You just need to make sure you have minions on the table at all times to support it.
I love buff Paladin, so I'm glad to see this variation as well. However, buff Paladin can be a bit slow, so I would heavily consider the whole Equality, Consecration, Wild Pyromancer package.

I included Equality and Consecration, but I left Wild Pyro out because Call to Arms would summon it. I did consider, however, including some Shrink Ray, probably replacing 1 Cristology.

Oh forgot it would be pulled out by Call to Arms. That may be a bit too risky considering how important Immortal Prelate is to the deck.

Hey everybody! I would love some feedback on my current theorycraft of Tiger Paladin - a Paladin deck revolving around Shirvallah, the Tiger.
-Description Below-
Shirvallah, the Tiger was an exciting new card spoiled for Rastakhan's Rumble! It's expensive and requires a build-around, but here's my take on what I think the build around is!
Part 1: Odd Paladin

Part 3: Late Game Plan 1 - Zola the Gorgon

Great take on the archetype, dude!
I think, however, that a tempo version focusing on buffs would work better. Something like this:
What do you think?
With that many spells kicking in the Spirit of the Tiger looks like a good idea.
Edit: missed them. They are already here.

Unfortunately, Spirit of the Tiger is even cost, so I can't run it in a Baku Odd Paladin
