For the reason why, mirror effect cards are usually mediocre or bad. You will usually give your opponent to play their spell before yours if you play this early, and late game 3/4 body just doesn't do much.
I like this card.. but I think it's too RNG for ladder. Mainly because you give your opponent a spell too (which makes sense because otherwise this would be OP) but giving your opponent a random spell is too dangerous. What if you get like Bestial Wrath and your opponent gets a Flamestrike or a Brawl? I don't think people really want to risk it.
The stats are good, and you could make a better use of the spell than your opponent if your deck is spell oriented. (Auctioneer, Flamewaker, Antonidas, etc).

Mage is somewhat already acostumed to it with Mech Yeti. You CAN potentially lose the game if the opponent draw some ridiculous spare parts, but then again most of the time it's the mage that gets the Stealth part to give Antonidas.

Seriously? There is no control over RNG especially these type of cards....please teach us how to summon legendaries from unstable portal...always doom sayer from Shredder when we need it....learn to control RNG..LOL

Controling RNG isn't gaurnteeing the result, it often means controlling the board and/or your opponent (via mindgames and such) to minimize the chances of something that is currently bad. Of a given list of possible cards you can get, some will always be bad and some will always be good or even great. You can make seemingly insignificant alterations to the board to make fewer options bad and more options good/great, effectively improving the average result.

I don't see this played... I don't want to be giving my opponent cards, especially in Arena. This card reminds me of Fel Reaver, its seems decent but the first time you get burned by a Pyroblast you will never use it again.
More RNG crap. It will be tried for first week until the other player gets a Flamestrike/Nether Twister/Brawl and then the mage gets Deadly Poison.
No more RNG pleaseeeee.... I just don't get why would you play a card that can potentially give your opponent something good.

Cool card! Mages use spells most effectively, so the advantage you gain is in that fact.
