Love the concept of this card. An insane midgame card that sends you back to the early game. Doubtful it will have viable decks created around it but the first few weeks of experimentation are gonna be a lot of fun.
The effect is really powerful but the massive tempo loss caused by the destruction of your mana crystals will probably leave you too far behind for the buffed minions to actually matter. Against insanely slow decks, it might work. But most of the time, this probably will just cause you to lose the game against other tempo and aggro decks or fast decks in general. A niche card, at best.
What the heck. I'm so confused by this card. Half of me is screaming zoo priest, and the other half is screaming "you are losing 3 mana crystals for literally nothing you idiot". I feel like this card is missing one major thing, that being it doesn't affect your hand. This card is literally just lose three mana crystals the turn you play it, which to be honest isn't much of a downside in an aggressive deck, but it's going to take a while for you to really make use of the buff, hence why I think it's a bit too slow for aggressive decks. I just don't know about this card.
Wait this is a priest spell? Just reading the effect the first thing that popped into my mind was Zoo Warlock. Annihilate your crystals but tap your heart out to recover tempo through sheer brute force...sure, a stretch but it could work. But in Priest? I mean...how do you take advantage of this? You'd have to have a Wild Pyro Northshire Circle combo already in hand just ready to spring it. I can't see how Priest benefits from this realistically unless they get Druid levels of card draw. In which case, we'll likely have a lot more to worry about than this (namely Maly Velen Priests). I applaud the effort to take Priest in a different direction but this is so out of left field. It would make a little bit of sense with the Warlock legendary (though you don't want to delay your 8 drop by 3 turns)...but Priest?
Lady in White didn't work in Priest, and it look better than this, so I don't know. The idea however is cool, but Prince Keleseth still have the 2/2 body on it, so you doesn't totally waste your turn doing nothing. You want to do this at the earliest possible, but also this is the time that losing mana is the more impactful.
If HS really wants priests to play aggro (inner fire priest isn't one of them imo) they should do this long time ago. Right now priest can't go fast because they lack many useful valued cheap minions and a good hero power (let's face it, 2 mana heal 2 can't do anything if you want to SMOrc). This card can be good if other priest cards support the idea of going zoo. I'll hold that opinion reserved.
Eesh, that mana cost. This can only be run in a deck with lots of minions, but then you have to draw those minions to make up for the tempo loss... idk. Maybe Bwonsamadi has some synergy with this. Looks like fun
Could be Bwonsamadi or his effect get stronger per mana crystal you've destroyed in the game.
