It is golden. Disenchant it. (Unless you have a deck using it.)
If you disenchant it you can use the dust. If, in the future, you need to craft it again, you are not down any dust and you got to use whatever you crafted until then.
If you play warrior, keep. If you need the dust for a different epic, de. I have a Twisting Nether golden,k and even though I never use it, I love Warlock, so I keep it since I have one regular and one golden. If I ever open another one, I’ll de.
I used to de all Golden’s I got, but now I keep. The animation is pretty worth it. I got a golden Onyxia, but I never use her, so when the next expansion drops, I’ll likely de to craft a legendary or a few epics and rares.
I got a golden Jaraxxis and Ysera. Never will DE them
I had golden Jaraxxis drop during ungoro. After playing a bit of wild reno lock disenchanted it to craft Alexstraza. Some day I may end up crafting Jaraxxus again (as it is a good card), but do not regret disenchanting it as I have got a lot of play from Alexstraza.
Dead man's hand is an easier disenchant, as the card is less versatile. It is only used in a couple of very specific tier 3/4 deck lists. So if you are not currently playing or building control warrior then the card most likely won't be used for 1 or 2 expansions.
If you dont have plenty of warrior epics, i suppose one Dead Man's Hand will not mean much for you and chances r u will not play any deck that would utilize it, cause those decks r hella expensive.
Also, if u dont care about golden cards, for the 400 dust u get from it, u could craft a normal version down the line if u rly wanted it again, so u wouldnt technically lose any dust in the end :)
One copy of Dead Man's Hand will always be relevant. Unless you have two I would keep it! :)

I'm in collector's road, so I keep any golden cards I get... doesn't mind if I use it or not. I'm only disenchanting extra cards (any card that I have a golden version and get the regular one).

Should I disenchant this card? When can it be good?
