Ben Brode: Hey guys! Remember that quest we made for Paladin that was a complete and utter failure and was by far the worst of the all quests me designed?
Team 5: Yeah...
Ben Brode: Lets make another card just like it!!
Translation: Complete and utter garbage unplayble dust.
i don't understand why some people post "utter trash" or "silence" ... if that make a card bad then Edwin VanCleef is UTTER TRASH, players with rank 25 logic...
Dude, paying 7 mana to get a 1-1 (after silence) is not the same to pay 3 mana to get a 2-2. And you talk about logic...
This card is...Im just not feeling this will work out. Even if it does it wont be as good as people will accept. Id dust it all the way sorry not sorry this card sucks yo
Barring some silence-free meta or else some great new Buff spell that makes this worth it: would you EVER play this over Bonemare? No? Cool, moving on.
So it just doesn't cut it to be a good card. There are only two spells decent enough to synergize with this. Spikeridged Steed and Blessing of Kings.
Lets say you play this on turn 7, where its impact will be higher. If you have played both spells before great. You are probably already winning, and this is just a win more card. Most likely you would have played one of the other two only (on you are stuck with a 7 mana 1/1). What people don't take into account is that those cards are not good because of the stats, they are good because of charge on those stats when you have the minion on board.
This minion will not have charge, so it will be the equivalent of 8 mana, hero power Steed or 6 mana hero power BoK. Anyone who has done that, will know how underwhelming that play is.
Only good thing is because most decks usually run only one silence card, it will mean that you previously steed card is more sticky. Unluckily this card is just value, and now days tempo or broken late game value (Raza + Anduin, 1 Mana 10/10 jades, etc...) are the only way to make tier 1 decks.
This card is...Im just not feeling this will work out. Even if it does it wont be as good as people will accept. Id dust it all the way sorry not sorry this card sucks yo
After it's screamed you can play it again and it gets all the benefits again.
Easy silence target? Yes. But Paladin runs about 700 other cards that will not be silenced then. Unless you're gimping your deck by running multiple silences.
Translation: Complete and utter garbage unplayble dust.
Except this card is good with even one Spikeridged Steed. Run 2 Kings and 2 Steeds and this card is nuts. You don't have to put crap like Adaptation and Blessing of Might/Wisdom in your deck.

Is it? It's a higher-curved, slightly better Sludge Belcher (7 more stat points for 2 more mana). That card saw a lot of play (and still does in wild) because it can save a game against aggro on turn 5. This card requires:
A minion on the Board on T6
Spikeridged steed in your hand to play on T6
This card in your hand on T7
Belcher didn't require setup. If you're using this card only as a combo with steed, seems like there are better options than try to pull that off every game
Except that this card copies EVERY buff you have cast on your creatures not just one spikeridged steed. Not that I am arguing for the card per say but if you are going to point out it's downsides, may as well also point to it's upsides.
Also you don't have to play this on curve. There is some real value in NOT playing it on curve so you can potentially get more buffs on it.
Silence IS an issue for this card however as many have pointed out. The good news is that there will be a LOT of silence targets in deck that runs this minion. It may be possible to bait it out earlier.
I will say it will take some new deck type, probably recruit/spiteful summoner sort of deck to make this work. Currently the sort of deck that this card wants to be in has already proven not to be too strong in the current meta. It'll take something new for this to really see play.
On the bright side, we still have 1 common and 1 epic left. One or both will be a new buff on par with steed. No way Blizzard releases this card with no other buffs in the set.
This is dust. I think it’s safe to say priest will be the most popular class this next expansion, meaning that a huge portion of your opponents will have at least one zero mana silence card in their deck. This card is so weak to silence playing it probably just loses you the game on the spot.
will the spells be cast on it in the same order as played? so when you play a Blessed Champion as the last spell before it, it is cast last on this minion? also Adaptation choice will probably be random, right? otherwise you could set up a huge stealthed otk situation.

I was countering all the argument that this + 1 steed is a good play. It's not. If you're talking about building a deck around this gal, that's a horse of different color. We already know that filling a pally deck with buff spells is a loser. See Galvadon. There was a lot of discussion as to why that card was such a failure at the time, and it has nothing to do with silence. If you make a buff-based deck, you spending 2-3 cards to make each minion. It's a really inefficient way to make a deck, and when that minion dies to hard removal, AOE, or is silenced, you've lost 2-3 cards instead of the normal one. Decks like Keleseth decks work because you always get max value from every card. This is the opposite: All your cards suck unless combo'd
Silence and what? There are too many things to silence in paladin. And how many decks filled with silences nowadays? You won't have silences for everything. I think it is a really strong card.
If you play 2 x BOK and 2 x Spikeridged Steed and then summon Spiteful Summoner, you are going to get a 4/4 minion plus a random 4 or 6 cost minion. That's not so bad. I don't think anyone is going to put Dinosize in their deck however.
So, maybe the buffs in your deck can synergize both with that card and also this new legendary.
Furthermore you might pull the trick off twice with Zola the Gorgon.

Adaptation should be random choice selected at random. the battlecry casts the spells and makes any selections, not you.

Easy silence counter
HUGE nerf to evolve

These are the same people who said Spikeridged Steed was trash because it is weak to sipence.
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
Now i get why Unidentified Elixir isn't a paladin card. Elixir of Hope would be extreme strong.
So if you play Lay on Hands on a friendly minion, you should draw 3 cards when you play this right?
On the bright side, we still have 1 common and 1 epic left. One or both will be a new buff on par with steed. No way Blizzard releases this card with no other buffs in the set.

The getaway kodo value. The wild brain value. The value.
