What will help the cards see play is the year of the mammoth expansions are rotating out and both genn and baku are being banished to the hall of fame. Some of the cards from the year of the raven expansions that were previously considered too weak to play in constructed may also now get a chance to shine. It is also going to feel very refreshing that we are going to have a meta with no frozen thrones deathknights or odd and even decks.
We are only going to have 4 expansions plus the basic and classic set to make decks from so its going to be very interesting how the meta looks. The last time we had such a limited pool of expansions in standard was during journey to ungoro and that meta was probably one of the best.

Hoffing baku and gen? They are fairly new. They really messed up. They only needed to fix paladins hero power. I feel they should at least give us full dust refund while still keeping the cards since many gave invested so much on odd and even cards.
that's exactly what happens when cards get HOF'd. you keep the cards AND get full dust value for said cards.
EDIT : Psychic Scream wont work since the minion will be removed.

hey how about Brann Bronzebeard? i know it doesn't directly benefit from brann but a lot of those minions are BC minions so you'll double the cards you throw back to your deck
i think the guy uses Zap! on his smith and hits it with double spellstone while he already has doomhammer equipped. i'm pretty sure it was in wild to get the discount on the cards from emperor t
maybe they could change all of the pack reward to a voucher that awards a pack of your choice. that would give everyone that opportunity to get what they want
not to be a downer but you can already fill out your collection by using your dust to craft those missing wild cards. i agree that it would be nice to be able to get those cards in other ways though. right now the only options are to fork over real money or save your dust for specific cards that can only be used in the wild format.
if you want to talk about getting into wild with a lower entry barrier, i think that maybe dropping the wild crafting cost by 1/4 to 1/2 depending on rarity levels.
I was assisting someone find some good spell damage minions and noticed that Spellweaver and Evolved Kobold don't pull up when filtering for spell damage. just an FYI
maybe make a sticky post for cards found to not be under a particular filter that they should be under?

same reason that people try to silence the voodoo doll target instead of the doll--they don't quite understand the interaction with the card.

there's anchient mage that can give you +2 SD (4 if you use Brann Bronzebeard and play wild), Tainted Zealot, Azure Drake (again--wild)....

This would be a welcome change to HS. Seeing a new event each month (like in WoW) would be great and it would help keep things from getting stale.
