Cards like Shifting Shade dosen't see play. And a random dragon is argueable weaker than a random card from your opponents deck. Furthermore Its even slower.
But if you are running this you probably have a dragon deck and so a random dragon is more likely to synergize than a random card from your opponents deck. Plus the worst dragon is faerie dragon but the worst card from your opponents deck could be something you can't use at all

This card is not like shifting shade at all. getting a dragon is not getting a random class card, + most of the dragons are good, u cant have bad dragons , maybe faerie dragon is the worst one but still not bad
Its a great value card, but an awful tempo card, I don't think its gonna see much play in constructed. there are better alternatives for value cards in dragon decks. Although it will be nice to get it from historian I guess.
I think this card is actually worse for dragon priest, as it reduces your chances to discover draknoid operative, which is overall better than this card.
It's really good in Arena because you can get a lot of the more powerful Legendaries from it and all the other dragons are pretty good but I don't think it's good enough to play in a real constructed deck. You may pick it off Discover sometimes though since it's good enough assuming you don't get offered Drakonid Operative or Primordial Drake.
Nice stats for a deathrattle because it doesn't die to any aoe spell in the game. Important for when you bring 2 of this dude back with N'zoth. Damn that's a lot of N'zoth value.
I'd put twilight drake and nozdormu into the "not bad" category. Nozdormu isn't really a good card, twilight drake is just a situational as book wyrm and midnight drake.

Where is taunt?
12 wins in ArenA with: Mage and Paladin, first time legend with Rogue
worse dragon is the priest 2/1

solid
Seems like it could have a place in a N'zoth control warrior deck. Not sure how much priest actually wants this.

The quality of neutral minions in this expansion seems to be much much higher than we're accustomed to, right?
Good :
Deathwing - Deathwing, Dragonlord - Alexstrasza - Nozdormu - Malygos - Onyxia - Ysera - Primordial Drake - Drakonid Operative- Twilight Drake - Sindragosa. And finally , Bone Drake
Not bad :Book Wyrm - Midnight Drake - Scaled Nightmare - Cobalt Scalebane - Nozdormu
Bad : Faerie Dragon
even fairie dragon is good tbh
Vote for my Card Design Submission! I love this one!

Quest dragon priest?

incomming trolden video of this card dropping himself over and over again like 10 times.
