Excellent card and great design. Rogue shouldn't have access to cheap and powerful AoE, so this is a fine solution since it requires a bit of a setup. Can't wait to try this out on Knife Juggler.

Really good card in Arena (As usual in a class that didn't need it at all) but I don't see it being played in ladder... I think it would've been cool if it gave you the option of choosing between giving poisonous to a minion or your weapon.... Rogue doesn't need more single target removal,what it needs is AOE and/or Healing but they've already stated that's not happening so we're stuck with cards like this....
If you played any number of aggro or control-ish (or even just miracle) rogue in Un'Goro, you know how powerful the combo on Vilespine Slayer is and this card is almost the same, just cheaper. With the ability to always have some token on board ( with cards like Argent Squire, Fire Fly or Violet Teacher or Patches) you can always make the sure you have good removal for 3 or 4 mana, good card and it leaves a body after killing, just like Vilespine Slayer. It also has the Wild Pyromancer board clear potential for control rogues (will be good also in miracle deck).
Rogue lacked good boardclears to be viable as control these days.
EDIT: oh and I forgot about arena. This is a commin, which is gonna push rogue very high in arena next expansion, maybe a bit too OP for arena, but just fine for constructed.

Let's not forget that you can give poisonous to an enemy minion then use Betrayal on it to remove two big minion if they're properly aligned. If this effect appears as a 1-2 mana spell only too, and i think there is a great chance it does, it's gonna be op. Also, that Wild Pyromancer + Plague Scientist + Shadowstep is as close to a complete board clear we will get for Rogue. Yes, it is 3 card combo, but Rogue never had problems with filling the hand. You clear everything and get your little poisonous fella back for 5 mana.
Would be a fantastic card in almost any other classes, but it will take a lot to convince me to abandon my Vilespine Slayer.
Could find a home in some weird deck like Elemental Rogue : this archetype has some potential, but Vilespine can sometimes mess up your elemental chain. Besides having a way to increase Flame Elemental's value in the lategame could be useful.
Why would you be abandoning Vilespine? They don't need to compete for the same deck slot at all. Destroying minions is so core to the game that the more such effects the better.
Looks amazing for arena and might be the next hard board clear for rogue if someone finds a viable combo for it. (not everything which looks good on paper is good, so it still has to be tested)

Hearthstone has had Poisonous since it came out, putting out a card that gives Poisonous to another card is hardly copying anything. That's like saying "oh wow Hearthstone has a card that gives another card +1/+1, that means it's copying off of Magic"
4 Mana, Two cards=unreliable, both cards are bad on their own, shit stats.
I mean you say that until your deathwing gets killed by 1 mana minion, or your board of shit is cleared by a knife juggler or something. I can't say for certain how good this card will be, but talking about shit stats on a 3 mana card that has potential to kill anything you play with even the tiniest poke makes you look a bit silly.
I think it will be a two of in jade rogue, but jade rogue might look completely different. This might see play in a more flood oriented deck with knife jugglers and cards that generate cards like mimic pod, shaku, huckster, swash etc.
However, there's no good Rogue deck currently that would use this, because they don't have enough small minions.
Jade Rogue on the other hand does use a lot of small minions, because of the jade mechanic alone. Jade Swarmer especially synergizes very well with this card, but unfortunately not on curve. The pirate package allows you to destroy a minion and develop a 1/1 and a 2/3 for 4 mana.
You can add Wild Pyromancers to your Jade Rogue for the sick boardclear. Hallucination and Journey Below are cards you're already playing and you can add Shadowstep for its obvious synergy with everything else and your chances to have this board clear are like having Pyro + Equality for Paladin, even though it's a 3 card combo.
What are the problems with the deck? You are relying a lot on Jade Swarmer as a medium to make copies with Shadowcasters and also as a medium to trade up with Plague Scientist. Devolve is a card and absolutely dismantles your gameplan. The deck is also prone ot dead hands.
The upsides? Amazing late game similarly to Jade Druid, but with the added bonuses of having good single target removal (Vilespine Slayer) and having access to a full board clear.
I rate this card 5/5 and I'm positive that it will see play.

Arena Rogue and Control Rogue for sure, miracoli / miracle Rogue is a shoe in here. Water Rogue might run this, too

It is not stat wise yet it is a combo card because rogue already have too many hard removal that is just hilarious.

So this card is kind of a charge minion with poisonous, but avoids the problems designing charge minions has. Interesting.
