Combo with unstable ghoul in wild to absolutely crush your opponent's board advantage (e.g. after a good jade turn, where they make four 12/12-15/15 jade minions).
I think the board wipe combo with tentacle of n'zoth is really really interesting. Otherwise overcosted and hard to use because of combo requirement.
That probably doesn't work because Tentacle of N'Zoth's effect is a Deathrattle and when it dies, the Poisonous effect is probably no longer applied to the minion because it no longer exists. It would however work with Wild Pyromancer, though that would require a spell to activate and will also kill itself in the process.

So depending on how it works with deathrattle, Tentacle of N'Zoth, Wild Pyro, Abomination, and Baron Geddon are board clears (except Baron lives). Sergeant Sally on the other hand, only will clear your opponent's board. If it doesn't work with deathrattle, you still have Baron and Pyro tho.
It's pretty bad in constructed because the Rogue is a high tempo class and it can't generate tokens easily in the late game. In popular rogue decks - Pirate, Tempo and Miracle, Vilespine Slayer, Envenom Weapon and Sap are much better tempo plays. If you are using this card as a single target removal then you can compare it to Hunter's mark which is worse in Rogue.
This card can also be used with Wild Pyro to clear the board but again Vanish is much better in high tempo rogues. This card may only be good in Control Rogue(Jade/N'Zoth Rogue) but Control and Rogue in 2017!? LUL!Also, it's difficult to make space for cards in Jade decks. It's difficult to cut out anything. Here we are talking about adding 4 cards to Jade Rogue which is difficult.
Maybe we will have some midrangey Token Rogue which can abuse Knife Juggler, but we will have to wait for other cards.
In arena, this card is insane and it's also a common. I love this card in Arena because I hate mages. Make mage Tier 3 in arena and rogue tier 1. Also, in Arena sometimes you cannot trigger Vilespine Slayer when you want to because it costs 5 mana.
Say you are playing Pirate Rogue and have a coin or Counterfeit Coin in hand. Equip a Dagger on Turn 2, then Southsea Deckhand to summon Patches, Coin, Plague Doctor targeting Patches, and your opponent's 3 drop dead. Or anything, for that matter, since it turns a cheap Charge minion like Stonetusk Boar and Patches into a functional Patient Assassin that can actually do something.
Dirty Rat is going to be used against Rogues to try and fish this thing out, because the card is THAT dangerous

That's the point, though. I can see Pirates abusing the hell out of this, because they get to swing for 2 in the face with Southsea Deckhand, get a Patches that can kill anything you want, plus a 2/3 minion as an added bonus, all for four mana. I can see the combo being used against bouncing certain targets, because you might want to kill a troublesome minion rather than have it bounced.
This is another card that I fear will not see much play in constructed and will be the bane of everyone in arena. Anytime you're playing against rogue and this guy hits the board, you're going to be hating life.
Here's the deal from a guy who likes control rogue. This will see low play in standard. I personally think envenom weapon and vilespine just do the job so much better and SI if so needed. This might find a place in a theme deck but I don't think that theme deck will be meta.
Excellent card and great design. Rogue shouldn't have access to cheap and powerful AoE, so this is a fine solution since it requires a bit of a setup. Can't wait to try this out on Knife Juggler.

Poisonous doesn't work with Deathrattle effects, just so you know.
professor minicide
most likely :)

i like the power of the card, but not the art, not crafting the golden version of this one.
need take time to make new pic and signature using the new cards.

Confirmed - Wild Pyromancer + Adaptation -> Poisonous = board clear.

In the late game: This + Barron Geddon would be the end of any jade army.
In wild, Unstable Ghoul + This would be a full board clear.
If tempo rogue will become a thing ever this might see play just because it will run pirates and this works fine with Patches and Ahaaaa.
Also there might be a mini baron geddon/dreadscale in this set which could completely change evaluation of this card.
Nice arena card
