I'm confused about how they will do the rotations. Full card expansions have come every 8 months and yet Standard is supposed to work on 'years'. So does the next expansion come December and gets included in Kraken with no losses? And then Blackrock and TGT get dropped next August with the 4th expansion? Or does Kraken continue but Blackrock is dropped? Or does the new 'year' actually start with the next expansion??
I am looking forward to the removal of of some of shamans openess, I hope it gets some good cards but nothing op like before. I hope priest gets some buffs to base set and I willl mourn the loss of loe. I might play wild even more after the rotation not sure. if these things happen it might be fun but I already have started to enjoy wild more than standard, I think that will continue because I am super into mill rogue and recently got into a weird variation on anyfin, that only works in wild meta right now anyway. I am looking forward to the next expansions though because it seems like they are starting to get the hang of how to make balanced classes, but some of the old cards still have ot rotate out, I hope that I am not wrong about that cus more of the same s not fun.
the point is............. people were at arms about the death of rogue, but mutiple types of rogue decks have surface and some are not only strong but legendary worthy.
HS will still be the game you love and hate at the same time. The aggro, midrange, control, and combo deck archetypes will still be present along with new variations because of set rotation and the influx of new cards. The upcoming year of the *insert mythological creature* will also bring along with it something new to whine and bitch about which will flood all HS related sites.

no one knows
2 unknown expansions are too much to foresee the future of the game.
with 2 expansions they could revamp, in different ways, what will be gone, as well as open new mainstream decks.
It takes few cards to largely affect the meta.

Cards I won't miss: Beneath the Grounds, Totem Golem, Gang Up, Imp Gang Boss and Resurrect.

Just fill your deck with one drops, that is creative deck design, right?
