The good news....
its an easy fix with just a few simple adjustments
1. All heros can attack their minions except for the Rogue? Whenever a weapon is equip to a hero it can attack their minions but the Rouge can't. The sword that the Rogue generates should be able to attack its own minions. Simple, right?
2. Name the heros that loose their health the quickest? Answer: the ones that use a sword.
THe warrior uses a shield to replenish health, the Palidin uses spells that restore health. All the heros have specific class cards that restore health more than 4 points except for the Rouge.
3. The Rogue is a staging hero meaning it takes time to align a sequence of cards (combo) in which time she gets pummeled during the initials stages. I've personally taken out top rated Rogue deck with a free deck simply because the Rogue player was waiting to get the right cards.
solution
The wrong answer would be to over power the Rogue with overcompensating cards like the Priest or Mage, rather you can use finesse cards to level the playing field. Here are some of the cards I've created.
Brimestone Herold: 1/1, cost 3, charge, summon a 0/2 taunt Lighting Garrison: 2/1, cost 2, charge, life line Mortor Baron: 1/1, cost 2, charge, give weapon +1 attack Arcain Squid: 2/1, cost 3, charge, Forge 3 (+2/+4)
Special new ability: Forge
Forge: Ever run out of cards on the tenth round and picked up a 1/1 minion. Well its a death sentence unless your minion has forge. Forge allows you to use your unused mana to build up A minion for the next round. Minions with Forge have an option to be played immediately or left to the side for a minimum of 1 turn in order to be upgraded. In order to upgrade the minion's power you have to pay the Forge mana requirements.
ie. Forge 5 (+2/+5): pay 5 mana this round to have a more powerful minion in the next round.
So all your mana that you don't use for each round can go towards the Forge minion. You keep adding mana to the Forge minion each round until you meet the requirement or you can use it before but not get the bonus ability.
ie. Arcain Swooper: 1/2, cost 2, forge 5 (+2/+5) = when played the Arcain Swooper is placed in a holding area. Choose to play the minion right away for a 1/2 minion. Or allow it to stay in the holding area. Tap the forge button to add mana to the Forge minion. When dragged onto the playing area the next turn (or more) Arcain Swooper becomes a 3/7 minion.
No more unused mana.... simple I've got 100's of simple ideas, message me

Shaman is worst, a least warrior spells don't have overload, you can play recruit or Spiteful with warrior (much worse than other but can), shaman can't.
As it seems you don't know the game, warrior has spells only for control and pala doesn't have any dmg spells at all. Rogue has so good spells that has become the only class who is tier 1-2 in every signle season since the beggining of the game and with almost the same old cards (backstab, evis,conceal,prep,cold blood,fan of knives,SI7,etc).
Also, Rogue is meant to be a combo class. By giving him cheap healing it's not a good idea either:P

Shaman has Evolve Shaman, Jade Shaman, Elemental Shaman, even Totem Shaman.
Warrior has Recruit (which is bad) and Control (which is weakened because of bad cards/FWA nerf). Warrior is worse.
all of those shaman variants are also bad though. I mean seriously, when's the last time you saw a totem shaman on ladder? I have literally never seen one.

Sure its weapons are generally shittier than warrior’s but the buffs more than make up for it. Rogue needs no fixing whatsoever and its spells are so good that it’s the reason for tons of nerfs and hall of fame moves (blade flurry, conceal, stealth giving minion, Leeroy, Gadgetzan). I thought you were going to say hunter when I read this post. Rogue is the best class to play because of all the combos instead of brain-dead fill-the-board plays. So essentially my response is: No, you’re wrong.

Rogue has seen play pretty much in every expansion since release, Shaman is currently playable due to evolve shenanigans, and Hunter which I can see being a hit or miss during the meta is still pretty good in ranked. Warrior is currently the weakest right now.
Rogue had tier 1 deck until the nerf. And Rogue is a cool miracle class + all streamers play Rogue in Tournaments. The worst Hero to play atm is Warrior, then comes Shaman. I always wanted to make a good Rogue deck but i hated pirates. For me though, the best class is Druid. Not jade xp
and rogue doesnt need lifesteal, you just break the game if you give a powerful tempo class lifegain all the time. Mage wasnt that great until recently. But this is not Mage, this is cancer. Real Mage plays Jaina and its very hard to win with. Weapon Rogue is so much better.
2. so with your logic paladin,warrior,rogue lose their health quickly and in 2 /3 cases this is false
if we look in general druid,warlock,mage,hunter,rogue barely restore health. so nope its not only rogue that has barely any sort of heal at all
Druid barely restores HP? He got tonnes of armor gainusing OP's flawed logic he also gains HP, warlock gains too much HP that's why he is broken ATM, mage got ice barrier which is kind of a big deal, also mages don't lose HP as quickly as other classes since they don't sue HP as a resource.
I don't understand what's the point you are making, rogue is based on WOW rogue, and not in a thief classes, it's themed around combos and stuff like that, it can't be the worst class while having 3 viable decks (1 top tier, the other 2 counter control) while warrior got none and shaman got a few low tier decks.
rogues use their HP as a resource, you have 30 hp you better use it, until you have 0 you cna use as much as you want, The rogue weapon is normally used as a ping, but it got a downside and an upside, the downside si that you lose HP and can't bypass taunts, the upside is that you can set it up, and it's the best hero power in turn 2 (the second best is warlock, the third is priest if he emotes along with it).
