in the last season to climb from Rank 5 to Rank 1 (didn't reach Legend tho). I don't own all the KFT cards, so I think the deck could be improved, I just played what I had and didn't craft anything for it.
Let me know what you think would be a good subsitution/addition to the deck.
The rest of this deck seems ok to me, albeit I'm not sure about Sleep with the Fishes, since it only synergises well with Blood Razor. Looks odd to me, but I'm not that much into warrior and his shenanigans.
You could see how cheesing the quest out might work haha. The new Wax 1drop might help you get there faster and your other early taunts will take care of stuff that will poke it down. Battle Rage can put in work alongside a bunch of early taunts and some weapons.
You'll be down in cards a lot but that's obviously not the issue at hand. You're trying to use Ragnaros's hero power lol.
I've tried some really heavy taunt versions with the new 5/9 and 4/12, and even those were getting rolled over pretty easily. I think if you want to go with warrior your best bet is with a more aggressive weapon-based strategy.
Not a fan of bloodhoof brave, it has done nothing for me.
Is there a good murloc for Curator maybe?
I was considering Coldlight Oracle for draw, since sometimes you might even mill someone like cubelock...didn't get to trying it out yet tho. Don't really like Bloodhoof Brave anymore as well.

Sleep with the Fishes is probably the best removal warrior has right now. OP should, in my opinion, run 2 copies of it and 2 copies of Blood Razor (really powerful as well). Note that sleep also synergises with Primordial Drake
The problem with taunt warrior is that the heropower is useless against aggro (surviving wins you the game already) and that other control decks have better win conditions:
Raza isn't limited to 8 damage per turn and his damage can be targeted
You cannot stop cubes from happening and 8 damage is bad against voidlord and voidwalkers
In my opinion, the only viable control warrior archetype right now is fatigue, because of infinite armor, removal and fatigue inmunity, but you can still be defeated if you don't draw right and who the hell wants 30 min+ games
Edit: this is the list I used to run myself, in case it helps, but it didn't take me any further than rank 3. I made it at the beginning of the expansion, so it can be tweaked, but again, the archetype itself is not good enough
Hey HearthPwn community,
I would like to work out a decent Taunt Warrior Deck that is capable of reaching Legend. Yeah...dream on you say...but I say it must be possible!
I used this

Saronite Chain Gang? Why? Are ranks 5 - 1 that aggro oriented? Even if that's true, I think the card you are looking for is Second-Rate Bruiser.

I played against a guy the other day who was playing Taunt Warrior and used Cornered Sentry to gain a bunch of Armor with Drywhisker Armorer.
"Let me change your mind..."
You can't stop the signal.
I've tried several lists, but can at least say Prince Keleseth isn't the answer.
I guess less taunt, more Dead Man's Hand, and some the Darkness is the way forward.
Taunt warrior is too slow, Anduin will f*** you every single game.
