Faceless is worse because why the fuck does that card exist? I understand Challenger since it kinda goes with the class, but seriously a 7/7 for 4 mana? Dude.

At its peak, Mysterious Challenger was much, much worse. Fully-refined aggro Shaman doesn't even worry about clearing the overload now, so Flamewreathed Faceless is essentially a 6 mana 7/7. Give that any day of a card that dramatically things your deck, locks-down your board, and provides a decent body. You can kill Faceless for a tempo gain. MC could really only be effectively answered by Priest with Lightbomb or by just locking the board down with zoo and pushing for a fast lethal.
4 mana 7/7, dr 6 needs sacrificing deck slots to be powerful, and allows 2 extra turns to plan an strategy around it, flamewreathed in the othe rhand doesn't handicap deckbuilding, punishes not drawing perfectly and comes too early in the game, if he was a 6 mana 9/9 with overload 2 it would have been more balanced.
This poll just shows how short-sighted a lot of people in the Hearthstone community are. How soon we forget. Mysterious Challenger was WAY harder to answer than Flamewreathed Faceless is. I wonder how many who voted were even playing when Secret Pally was rampant.
I voted for Faceless because the card doesn't require you to build your deck around it, decreasing the skill required to even craft a deck for the card. Doctor Six required you to pick your secrets and actually design a deck as opposed to mindlessly throwing in all the biggest beaters into one deck. Just my opinion though, both are pretty bad to be honest.
Flamewreathed Faceless should be renamed to Flamewreathed Brainless.
During the dark ages when Secret Paladin was at its height and ruled all it was the only deck in the history of the game that could be taken to legend by a bot. The only deck at that time with above a 50% win rate piloted by a bot, all other decks (face aggro decks, control, what have you) could barely get low 40s at best. So as a fact, Secret Paladin is the most 'brainless' deck to ever exist.
Now onto Mysterious Challenger. Dr. 7 is the most powerful neutral ever released (and thankfully gone forever), while MC is the most powerful class card ever. Giving up just 1 health from maximum stats (6/7 as seen in boulderfist ogre), it also drew 5 cards from your deck and put them into play. You could run 2 MCs also. Was there a way to answer it? No. Lightbomb may take care of MC, and perhaps even the other followers (unlike though), however there is still a christmas tree to worry about. At that time there was no secret eater either. However say there even was. Yeah lightbomb 6 mana cost, and then secret eater 4 mana cost...so 10 mana for the ultimate answer.
People complaining about Cotw or Faceless or whatever, those are boogeymonsters compared to MC.

The fact that Flamewreathed Faceless is a simple card makes it terrible. It is just a pile of stats and people feel like shit when they are beat by something as shitty as apile of stats whereas Mysterious Challenger there was real beef.
I don't understand why 7/7 is the card everyone always complains about when Thing from Below is still way more powerful
Because Thing from Below is a 6 mana 5/5 Taunt unless you Proactively make plays to reduce its cost (use your hero power more often than usual), while Faceless only requires you to have 4 mana and have the card in your hand.

So true.. It allows ridiculous turn when reduced to even "only" 2 or 3 mana while Flamewreathed Faceless simply gets answered and overload you for the next turn...

Feel free to discuss which one is more dumb/requires less skill: Secret Pally or Aggro Shaman?
Which one would win?
Secret pally requires less skill to be fair. However, both require VERY little skill.
Fuck cubelock
Well Secret Pally is like not even a thing anymore, except for maybe in wild, but when it was I would say "Dr. 6"

any other really cancerous cards to add to poll?
Why not Dr. 7 himself?
4 mana 7/7, because Eerie Statue is outrageously OP in the hands of a Purify priest.
Custom cards :
CLASSES : Alchemist (CCC#5 | Phase V) | Chef (CCC#4)
EXPANSIONS : Year of the Scorpion (Year Comp)
I think 4 mana 7/7, the card it's broken by it's own, Dr. 6 need a deck around it.
My magic will tear you apart!

Anyone voting for Flamewreathed Faceless should know he has been very lucky to begin to play after the release of WoToG 😉
