Hey Guys, so I just found out about this new card, the Unearthed Raptor and thought: why not build a deck around it? I don't know if it will be viable but it seems like it could have great potential and make room for great deathrattle combos/comebacks and maybe change the Rogues possibilities in ranked aswell since there isn't too much to choose at the moment.

I can imagine playing any of the legendaries and getting a double or even triple mind controlSylvanas Windrunner/ Cairne Bloodhoof4/5Baine Bloodhoof/ Anub'arak 4/4 Nerubian WITH getting the Unearthed Raptor back into your hand to do it again or any other obvious combo with the other Deathrattle cards. Beside the obvious use of Gang Up for your Unearthed Raptor, I also included 1 Antique Healbot so it works even better with Gang Up, should you be facing more aggro heavy decks. Should the meta be even more smorcy you could add Sludge Belchers that give additional Deathrattle synergy.

Special mention: You could try stealing a Deathrattle minion of your enemy with Sylvanas Windrunner that you can copy with your Unearthed Raptor aswell.
Powerful class cards like Malorne, Rhonin, Savannah Highmane, Tirion Fordring(Ashbringer + insane Tinker's Sharpsword OilDeadly Poison), Dreadsteed(JK), and any other general card.

General playstyle:
You would try to delay the game as long as possible to get into late game, to then finish off the enemy with your Deathrattle synergy.
Gang Up helps greatly with either Gang Up on Unearthed Raptor / Antique Healbot any other of your minions, an enemy's Deathrattle minion or normal minion.

Since all of this is still very hypothetical, in a way that the core cards aren't even live yet, I don't know about Brann Bronzebeard either. I could imagine a scenario where you have Brann Bronzebeard active and you play your Unearthed Raptor onto one of your Deathrattle minions and you'd have the effect written on your Unearthed Raptor twice, as it works with other buffs aswell. So it could, hypothetically speaking, trigger any of the Deathrattle effects that were mentioned above twice, on its own.

Same goes for Baron Rivendare who is closer to the Deathrattle theme, but I don't know if both cards aren't too ambitious in a way that you wouldn't get enough time to develop that kind of game, where you could Baron Rivendare and/or Brann Bronzebeard + have a Deathrattle minion of your liking on board and still play your Unearthed Raptor. These value combos should be very unlikely.

Wobbling Runts Generally not too great, since you either trade it into something big or the enemy would probably never kill it to have you get actual value out of the card, which has 8/12 stats in total. On the other hand you could have a 3/4 body all of a sudden with the same Deathrattle which could give you a 8/12 and a 9/10 body in total for 3 or 9 Mana, considering both cards.(Beware the Cabal Shadow Priest value *cringe*)

Loot Hoarder If you dont have Bloodmage Thalnos and/or you want early game draw/presence
Earthen Ring Farseer Has always had its place with Rogue
Refreshment Vendor as a Antique Healbot substitute that doesnt heal as much, but costs less and gives a bigger body
Tomb Pillager could allow for earlier strong Deathrattle legendaries and/or comboplays with these
Tinker's Sharpsword Oil Combo with any token out there created by Deathrattles and in case of Southsea Deckhand a great finisher
Antique Healbot Survivability -> combos with Gang Up
Nerubian Egg Cheap eggcellent Deathrattle for more early game presence(thanks Classy_Figure)
SI:7 Agent always pick
Violet Teacher just like in Oilrogue this might have its place
Sludge Belcher  Slime clutch much?
Big Game Hunter Always used in every meta
Faceless Manipulator Copy any of your Deathrattle minions or an Unearthed Raptor with a good Deathrattle
Piloted Sky Golem was good when mechs came out might be good again!
Bloodmage Thalnos Carddraw for early game struggle
Edwin VanCleef Keeps getting comboed in the meta, shadowstepped out and back in, so why not!
Loatheb a good body and always viable stop nasty finishers like Roar/treant combo(14DMG/9Mana without board) or removals like flamestrike
Feugen comeback of Thaddius
Stalagg aaaaw yeah
Emperor Thaurissan Might get your combos out earlier making a Anub'arak + Unearthed Raptor = Turn 10
The Black Knight more and more taunts being introduced to the game again
Dr. Boom the spawned Boom Bots have Deathrattle aswell, so I could imagine using that in a special way aswell.
Chillmaw I'm not sure, though, if a Dragon Unearthed Raptor deck would ever make sense just for Chillmaw's effect
Sneed's Old Shredder Hell yeah two or more Legendaries even better with Faceless Manipulator
Alexstrasza Since this deck is kind of control-ish you could go for it same for Ragnaros the Firelord
Ysera just because Ysera

Gang Up If you really don't feel like it has a place in this deck. In my opinion if not in this and mill rogue... where else?
Tomb Pillager might just not live up to its expectation
Piloted Shredder if you don't like getting Darnassus Aspirant, Doomsayer or Lorewalker Cho all the time or you just don't like the card.


What not to include:
Harvest Golem The body and Deathrattle just aren't strong enough for a refined deck
Anubisath Sentinel We just don't have too many minions and it's just not as good as it is in arena
Mechanical Yeti You don't wanna give your enemy cards
Abomination Even though we're kind of controlling I dont see how it would help
Majordomo Executus a Deathrattle that can't really trigger twice unless one of 2 Deathrattle minions with that effect lives through the turn and you get to see the other turn with your 8 max HP GG

I want to thank everyone who has actually read through the most crucial parts of this deck and maybe one certain constellation out of all the mentioned cards will become viable, because this deck really looks like something else!
