Introduction

For all the sadbois out there that got sucker punched, this is my attempt at making a viable and fun Druid deck. I personally love druid, and I really enjoyed playing Gonk, the Raptor when the deck wasn't too broken. I use that term loosely because I know Druid was so damn strong for so long. Having been taken down a few pegs, I'm here to build this bitch from the ground up :^)

 Inclusions

Glacial Shard serves as stall for the larger minions that you'll run into like Frostwolf Warlord, Sea GiantMountain Giant,Baku the Mooneater, or Savannah Highmane. It also is cheap, so you can empty your hand a bit easier for Ultimate InfestationInnervate serves as temporary ramp when you need it, a combo piece for maximum damage, and can be dumped easily. Surprisingly, Nourish is still a pretty clutch card to keep early on, and feels just fine in the deck. Being that draw is essential to winning, Nourish fits right in. Twig of the World Tree doesn't need to be saved to combo, say if you have an Ultimate Infestation in hand. But generally dropping it early on is a good strategy. You can either sit with it on one charge and wait to combo, or pop it whenever you wish.

Replacements

If you're looking to remove anything, start with Bite. Its really not essential, and just serves as that extra bit of damage to squeeze out wins. I'd say that Swipe can replace Bite, but generally keeping your opponents board full of tokens is key. So it's your call on that. If you have a second Dreampetal Florist it may be worthwhile to toss in as well.

Playing to Your Outs

A deck tracker is nice to have when playing this so you know how much damage you have left, but if your memory is good enough then have at it. Don't be afraid to toss Claw or Innervate early on if you have to. Naturalize is a key removal card for bigger minions; but if something poses a problem for your health total like a buffed attack divine shield minion, use it early. As usual, Spreading Plague is one of your best friends, so try and maximize the value you can get out of it. A card that is good to drop early against aggro is Spirit of the Raptor. Even on turn one, it is generally okay to throw it on the board to either deny early pressure or secure future drawing. I'd say one of the key things with this deck is to not be greedy. Sure dropping a Dreampetal Florist on curve with Gonk, the Raptor in hand is spicy, but if you're in danger of losing to a buff or charge minion like Leeroy Jenkins, play safe.

I waited awhile to post this list because I wanted to get in a lot of games with it. It's come to be one of my favorite decks and I'll continue to play it post rotation because it is that satisfying. Good luck on ladder lads
