Honestly no Kappa this is probably a Top 5 All time Shaman Card for me it makes Freeze Shaman have the Tempo advantage against almost every opponent that plays for board!

Since two of the cards that got printed for this expansion target friendly minions as well, this is great that it's after an enemy is frozen, not after a minion or enemy minion, so only enemies take the damage and it works against face.

This card is bonkers with all the other Shaman freeze effects.

I'll take your snowball AND your candle, bitch.
