Not particularly good in constructed currently, but may see some play in the future.
In arena, however, this card is amazing. You know those situations where you have the board won, but the opponent plays 2 big minions? Kind of annoying, because you can't ignore them sometimes, and trading into them with your little dudes would benefit him. This is when a card like dark bargain shines. Obviously, you need to do this late game, but it can secure you games. I've won quite a few games from top decking this late game vs the other guy. Best example is when the other guy played Boulderfist + yeti. I played my shredder and then Dark Bargained his ass.
+1 for this card's value in arena. My first 12-win run was a Warlock with a strong curve, but this as the only card in the 6-mana slot. Truly incredible towards the endgame, especially versus a big sticky threats like a Sunwalker or Kvaldir Raider.
I must be one of a handful of people who have actually enjoyed Fist of Jaraxxus, especially when pulling discard combos (even had a lethal with Doomguard once). But Dark Bargain seems too expensive for what it does (including the drawback). Can it be played if at the time of casting we have one or zero cards in hand?
Later Edit: It can not be cast if your opponent has less then 2 minions.
It looks good on paper but all too often your opponent will have nothing in play and then drop one big card, maybe Ironbark Protector or whatever, and Dark Bargain is useless here.
Surprised this card is getting such bad feels. When Wrynn comes out you will be begging for this card. Its saved me quite a few times vs handlock as well. When i lose in a control match up its usually to a healthy board i couldn't clear and this is 100% the solution and i can tap after.
Soulfire: Primarily used in Malygos decks as a way to kill the opponent.
Doomguard: Primarily used in Zoolock as a way to kill the opponent or with an empty hand.
Doomguard is the most popular of the three. It is used either to get lethal or when you aren't discarding anything. This card is physically incapable of getting lethal, and if you aren't discarding anything, the kinds of decks you'd use this against are just going to wreck you anyway.
I think the discard mechanic is just terrible even for zoo deck.
Think about it this way, 2 mana & 2 health to draw a card with our hero power, if I do end up using this card while I have 2 other cards on hand, it is 10 mana and 4 health cost for a 2 random enemy minion kills. Only condition that makes it worth using is when your opponent has 2 big giants on board and you have no cards on hand but the scenario is rather rare.

What about the new warlock spell Fist of Jaraxxus ? It's effect works if it is discarded or played, so it would work with this.
For example: if you have 3 card in hand, one is Dark Bargain and the other two are Fist of Jaraxxus . That's 6 mana for 2 random enemy minions destroyed and 2 instances of 4 damage to a random enemy. Quite good IMO
This card will probably be much better after whatever the next expansion is if they're planning on making Fist of Jaraxxus type cards more regularly.
With that being said, everyone complaining about how bad the drawback of this card is seems to forget it's the exact same "drawback" as Doomguard which sees tons of play. The big issue is what kind of deck wants 2x Deadly Shot - which is likely a more controlling deck, which is likely to not be hellbent the way Zoo is. I don't think that makes this a bad card and I'm not actually unconvinced this wouldn't be a decent 1-of in Handlock, especially as tech versus the mirror. Rather than flaming your molten giant why not discard two cards you might never play at that point to wipe out their giants? IDK - food for thought.
With all of the discard they've given Warlock, they really should try and implement some kind of graveyard into the game. That's the only way that I can see this card being a good one.
EDIT: I somewhat recant my previous statement. I can see how this card would (kind of) be good for aggro-based decks. Can't get passed big taunts like Deathlord? Now you can. This goes for a lot of other aggro-lock problems.
It's just a shame that it's expensive beyond reason...

original post: With Tiny Knight of Evil and Fist of Jaraxxus maybe?

Right now, there are I believe three Warlock cards that involve discarding.
Succubus: Never ever seen in constructed.
Soulfire: Primarily used in Malygos decks as a way to kill the opponent.
Doomguard: Primarily used in Zoolock as a way to kill the opponent or with an empty hand.

Not totally uncapable, it can kill a taunt. But yeah, I understand.

This card would actually be amazing in a ZooLock deck is used properly
Dat golden card looks so amazing Oo

A card with artwork with Satyr must be bad - Blizzard 2015
Not really a fan of the discard random card from hand mechanic so i'm passing on this card. I guess this depends on how you trust your luck.
if this works like Cleave where there needs to be at least 2 minions, Hungry Dragon isn't terrible anymore..

Can't wait for this to discard my Malganis and Healbot while killing 2 Unleash the Skill tokens.....
Can't wait for for this card to disard zero cards while killing Ragnaros the Firelord and stealthed Shade of Naxxramas.
Warlock is my favorite class, but now with this discard I may consider playing more with something else.
What if I discard Jaraxxus ? It already happened to me, and it's not good at all.
Worse warlock card I have seen :( Too much rng to play it. Ever.
