There's something called "Health points", do you know what that is? Or are you just an attwhore?
that is assuming you drop it on turn 3.. everyone speaks of this holy combo t2 muster > t3 warhorse but really how often do you think it'll happen and even then you still have minbots you might want to play on turn 2. Honestly i see the health barely making a difference unless youve dropped it on curve and the opponent hasnt answered anything up to t3. My problem with this card is it is not what paladins need at all and it doesnt push pallys up the tier list.
yeah, I get what you mean. The dream is Muster for Battle + Warhorse Trainer combo, but i rather play Shielded Minibot turn2 and muster turn3 then turn4 Piloted Shredder or Defender of Argus to increase health for dudes. It would be so much better if Warhorse Trainer increases +1/+1 for dudes instead, otherwise even Dire Wolf Alpha is better than him in aggro, and cheaper too. I'm saying this because I rarely see a board more than 2 dudes other than playing muster.
that is just solid and good - its the 2/4 for paladin - and as we know from imp gang boss, flamewaker, keeper of the grove - thats a really solid early midgame card with a good effect that can contest the board - + it has combo potential
good card - the rest is up to you !
and plz dont say its OP or useless ... bullshit!
The difference between this and using Raid Leader is that raid leader isnt as sticky. It's much easier to keep this card alive AND you can trade into 2 and 3 attack minions without dying
great for both aggro and control paladin. Paladin getting some much needed love.
this card will be used in a lot of new interesting paladin dec..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Personally I DON'T think Eadric is that good. It is not what paladin needs at all and the stats are super weak. As someone pointed out 100% for comedic effect, "He counters grim patrons!", and even that he isn't very good at.
If you are playing control or midrange paladin, you are already running somewhere between 1 and 2 equalities, and ALWAYS 2 Aldor Peacekeepers, so what use is Eadric? If they have a big board, sweep it away with equality + consecration, or some other way to assist in sweeping, eadric costs more and does less in that situation with a terrible body to boot.
As for Tuskarr jouster, I think it is going to be an auto-include 2 of in both midrange and control pala, replacing antique healbot since the matchups where you want the heal, you are more likely to win the joust (zoo/scumhunter/midrangehunter) since your average mana cost is higher than theirs, while in the matchups where you don't need the heal and the 5/5 sometimes heal 7 for 5 body is just much better than a 3/3 guaranteed heal 8 for 5 (heavier control decks such as control warrior and handlock)
I don't think eadric is that strong, it would be better if he had taunt also
Nice fantasy world you live in where you have time to play a 7 mana 3/7 against an aggro deck
Eadric is shit, you can downvote me as much as you like because you disagree with me, it won't make any difference at all on how crap the card is.
Nice card, I like it. It has really good combo potential with Quartermaster, Muster for Battle and other cards which help get more Recruits on the board.
Maybe awsome with Muster for Battle, Silver Hand Regent, Justicar Trueheart, Gormok the Impaler and Quartermaster in token paladin.
nice!! after cards for control, like jouster, eadric, and argent lance. i'm seeing card for aggro/midrange also, this expansion will buff both archetype real good.
Paladins Getting Some Love <3
A buff to Arcane Explosion for sure lol
turn 2 coin muster. turn 3 warhorse and profit.
Eboladin is back
I don't know about this card. It could almost be a 3/4. You can't combo it with muster to battle and quartermaster on the same turn, and once this dies you lose your bonus. It can cause of a lot of set ups in the early game however, and blocks a lot of those aggro cards. Mark, this card under wait and see.
Muster + this card + Quartermaster wow!! Your little guys just aren't Grim Patron fodder anymore :)
awsm card
It's probably too slow in aggro Paladin since the deck doesn't rely on hero power as much as slower Paladin decks. The only time they really spawn a bunch of tokens is when they either play Muster (too situational) or run out of cards (the game is probably lost and this card won't change it). Pretty decent in double Quartermaster midrange builds though.
