God sakes! every expansion someone starts freaking out about cosmetic they havnt recived becuase they pre-ordered through Battle.net one day after a expansion has announced. It will be introduced with the next update. Chill.

Don't worrie too much about myras unstable element. Craft green skin he seems pretty staple now in a lot of rouge decks.
