I wouldn't call it a scam, all I've spent is 700 gold so far which is like, it's only disappointing because the adventures can feel kinda slow at the start and if you don't get good pulls from the rewards it's a little annoying feeling like you lost from reward RNG at the end of a lost run
Like, I guess it's not a huge inconvenience to hit 'concede' but I don't get why literally every single player I meet that has lethal in hand will sit and basically go to rope before winning the game. Is the assumption that everyone should just assume you have leeroy and cold blood in your hand at all times? Like at one point, people actually would hit for lethal, I'm pretty sure, but now if people have lethal, they sit and they stare at the board for a minute hovering over their minions, and then finally cast the three spells from their hand that generate lethal, as though I'm supposed to have known what was in their hand. I'm not even talking about games with board lethal, I'm talking about games where there's easy and obvious lethal in hand that I can't know about. Just feel like this community, just the randoms you meet in ranked, have shockingly bad manners. I don't get it.
So I've been messing around with this the last few days. It's actually overall doing pretty well in the rank 10 area, obviously punishing combo druids the most, but I think what I most like about it is that it only really gets quickly crushed by token paladin, which I thankfully have not been seeing that much of lately. I'm not sure it would work for pushing into legend, but trolling cubelocks with Arcane Dynamos for a 5th or 6th entomb is very satisfying when it happens.
With nerf, are you disenchanting Raza if you owned him? Certainly this is a pretty massive nerf, but it does it make the archetype unplayable in your view? Does Kazakus provide enough of a swing that Highlander will still be played, and presumably Raza would still fit in that deck.
Tonight I went through and tried 3 games on every class with the Naga package. I have been having a lot of fun with the Naga package since this 'buff' for the card came out and I find it a fresh and fun combo that has helped me explore decks other than highlander which was starting to bore me.
I was surprised to find that of all the Naga decks, in my small experiment, Naga Priest actually performed the best. I know I have a small sample size, but I'm starting to think the control and draw options of priest might be more consistent and stronger than what the ramp in druid offers, which seems like it might be the best alternative. There's also the meta impact that no one currently expects a Naga Priest, so when you drop a radiant elemental they can overreact in prioritizing the removal for any minion on your board.
I'm not exactly arguing that Naga Priest is the best version of priest... it's entirely possible Highlander will still have a better win rate. But I think Naga Priest, of all decks with the Naga package, might be the best for that particular combo.
It's in the top ten legends of this set, but it doesn't belong in every deck. Lich King is a 51% win rate card, making him, from a design perspective, one of the best designed cards of the set, since he is not breaking anything, he is a valuable addition to many specific decks, but is not really broken on his own.
He's not super OP, but he is better than:
Deathstalker Rexxar, Hadronox, Professor Putricide, Arfus, all the princes, Valeera the Hollow, Scourgelord Garrosh, Lilian Voss, Archbishop Benedictus, Rotface, Bloodquen Lana'thel, and Moorabi pretty much without question. It's not that he's OP or bad, he's just totally averge, which makes him MUCH better than the surprisingly large number of totally trash legends printed this expansion.
I'd be interested to see that. In regards to TES, what are twitch drops?
You connect your twitch and bethesda accounts (easy google). Then you turn on a stream. Every 6 hours you have the chance of getting:
-enough gold to buy a pack.
-Enough mats to craft a rare.
-Enough gold to buy 5 packs.
-enough gold to craft a legend.
It doesn't proc every 6 hours, and the high rolls are obviously less common, but it's still 'enough' that you really don't need to spend anywhere near as much money to get a good collection as you do in hearthstone. I have 90% completion in ES:L and I've only spent $20, and that was before twitch drops.

The main problem with switching to casual is that a lot of casual players take a lot more time on their turns which makes the games feel like a drag
0
Tilting reason to lose a run
but FYI, if you grab invincible mukla, don't bother giving him taunt because comps will just ignore it

Had some issues with the Tess video (since that was while the servers were screwy) although there weren't any losses, just couldn't enter the match.
Now including Part 1 of Hagatha boss fight.
If you like the videos and would like to see more Hearthstone content, let me know -- https://www.twitch.tv/whymustisignin/
I also stream Elder Scrolls: Legends

Bethesda's Elder Scrolls Legends has a pretty good range of aggro, midrange, control, and ramp, and with twitch drops is effectively f2p.

I jumped onto my F2P EU account and made video guides for beating Saurfang and Lady Deathwhisper with F2P decks.
Saurfang F2P (took 2 attempts, successful attempt starts at 9:30)
Lady Deathwhisper with F2P token Paladin deck (it took two attempts, successful run starts at about 10:30, very beginning shows deck list):
