Actually, Aggro Druids do not play Wild Growth. But forget about that.
Your little "blurb" implies that Druid hasn't had its classic cards nerf'ed. Keeper of the Grove. Ancient of Lore, and Innervate beg to differ.

Fiery War Axe really needs to be 2 mana. Blizzard complained that it was in too many warrior decks, but didn't realize that the REASON it was in so many warrior decks was because they had virtually no other viable early game removals. Most removals are already overcosted, but yet they've done some really stupid nerfs to removals in the past. Fiery War Axe was sacrificed due to Pirate Warrior, yet the cards that were actually the problem, like Patches, were left alone for a very long time.
War Golem should be a Mech. It still wouldn't be a good card, but it would leave another mech in the standard pool for things like 'discover a mech' or whatever.
Holy Light and Healing Touch are pretty bad, but they exist in part to help teach newbies, just like other bad cards like Magma Rager or Core Hound teach that certain statlines aren't very strong.
Fiery War Axe was not nerfed because of Pirate Warrior. It was nerfed because it was BROKEN. No other class had a comparable weapon. It was punitively unfair to every deck that wanted to establish a board early in the game.
Every Warrior deck whether Aggro, Tempo, Control, Combo, whatever. ran the Win Axe. This includes a number of decks that recieved nerfs. Specifically, Patron Warrior, Worgen OTK Warrior, and Pirate Warrior. Maybe the reason so many Warrior decks needed to be nerfed was partially because of the availability of the Win Axe.
Seriously, did you think you were doing something clever when the Mage played a Mana Wyrm on turn one and you coined out your Win Axe? LOL. Genius.

Legendaries has become less multi-pulpose and more focused in a specific deck or maybe two.
Epics has risen in power as now even "cheap" aggro decks use them.
Rare and common are, as always more or less but with less power level overall.
What i observe is a more narrow use of each card in all rarities and less multi class, multipulpose cards

Counterspell is a secret. Normal secrets only work in enemy's turn, so he countered your spell and your secret doesnt work as was your turn.

They gave a free legendary , Cthun, in Old Gods and heaven dont fall apart. This is not a free stuff, you sacrifice a legendary.

As the tittle says, with the raise in class legendariesand "must have" for base decks most people are complaining about legendaries. Be it for a perceived drop decrease, most duplicates or other stuff i have perceived is a friction situasion in the comunity.
My sugestion may not be a final solution but could help the comunity and blizzard. Each expansion you have a "secret" archivement that makes taht when you dust one legendary you get full dust from it. It will only work with the first you dust and may have a time limit, say 3-4 months, till before next expansion card reveal to not abuse of it. This way you can dust a duplicate or not liked legendary and craft one you want.
The amount of cash losed for blizzard will be neligible, and each player could have at least the legendary ( or 4 epics) that most want of the expansion.

ok here my list. kaeep in mind is only my opinion now, and i asume it can change as the cards get play. You are invited to opine and feel free to hint at changes:
TIER 1 "must craft"
-Spiritsinger Umbra Maybe the only must craft independent of your class preferences. have a lot of potential both in standar and wild.
TIER 1.5 "must craft if you like the class or the deckstyle it fits":
-The Marsh Queen Quest with a difficult aceptable to archieve and good reward.
-Unite the Murlocs i dont like murlocs but is good enough to make the waaaarg with frogs
-Open the Waygate As mage player this one or comes from packs or will be craft after the mother of the TNMT the first day. Not easy to archieve buta "time Walk" has a lot of potential. Could eat it latter as non viable but i think worth the risks.
-Fire Plume's Heart Taunt warrior , not only control but also tempo has a great reward at end of the rainbow...
-Kalimos, Primal Lord Shaman will have a great tempo/midrange/control with elementals and this is the final boss...
-Clutchmother Zavas Wanna paly discarlock? this is your guy/girl. But discardlock could beeither t1 or t3 depending the meta...
Tier 2 " craft for specific reasons keep if comes from a pack" many of the 1.5 could fit here depending of your class preferences.
-Lyra the Sunshard Now is an orfant, with no deck to fit in competitive game. But as most priest styles they come along 2/3 ampliations. If next ampliations give the right cards to priest could be a central card. No craft for now but is a future inversion if it comes from a pack.
-The Caverns Below , Lakkari Sacrifice, Jungle Giants,Awaken the Makers and maybe The Last Kaleidosaur as they are quest cards. Either dificult to archeive the reward or not to great reward. maybethe Rogue could be of use in token deck but...
TIer 3: " not imprescinible keep for specifics"
King Mosh only if harcore warrior. While brawl is in the game Warrior player will always compare any board clear with it, and lose. But a deathwing not losing the hand is not so bad...
-Swamp King Dred ufff too many ways to make him a frog, sheep or simply trow him a Stubborn Gastropod But is the best hunter legendary since...always?
Tyrantus Could combo with the quest but is a win more card. If i get the quest Malygos ( and some burn spells) is my guy.
-Sunkeeper Tarim paladin is dead while "devolve" is around so only keep this quartermaster is paladin hardtrier.
-Pyros pity as a mage follower but his time has not come yet.
Tier4: "you can dust as they come out"

The problem with this guy is that most of the player , as they have posted, think that brawl do the work better. That have a simple solution: put brawl in the hall of fame and that wat CW could use some ofthe awesome cards shadowed by brawl. :)
