let's clear up a few things before I get to the point:

What Youtube is for folks who want to watch videos online and Facebook is for parents as a social media platform, HearthPwn is for a big chunk of Hearthstone players. Hearthpwn has and always will be a vibrant place for gathering to discuss all things Hearthstone and a safe port for the curious and up-to-date people. Besides its obvious purpose, the site also serves as an expansion valve to the annoyed and a bullhorn to all the heroes that just want to spread good vibes.
And that is exactly what I want to do in this thread! - But in a specific way:
The focal way of communication lies in the comment function on this site. And we have seen a gazillion different comments on this page - long essays, rant posts, constructive replies, crispy memes, outdated crispy memes...you name it.
I want you to post the best comments you remember being posted on this site! The comment can come from anywhere on this site: From an article, from a card, etc. - but please try to credit the commenter or even the guy who came up with it originally!
Let me start with some I can think of right off the bat:
From a Global Games article by @Drakhuz, where it was told that every player was able to choose which country will win the tournament for free packs:LINK
From the card page of Foe Reaper 4000 by @Wisp_is_OP (keep in mind that the comment is older): LINK
1. Being the pilot does not mean too much, I could have played 1000 games and still be very bad.
2. First, I included Devour Mind as a "special snowflake" card solely. No one uses it, so I thought about trying it. Also, it fit this type of deck as a way to gain more value while using few cards. Your opponents run great cards, so Devour Mind usually also pulls great stuff that helps you. And I can tell you from my own experience as a Priest player that you will more often than not have a turn each game, in which you don't want to or can't play a card.
Devour Mind gives you something to play then. Your board is filled well enough and playing more minions would result in an opponent's Brawl? - Stock your options up with Devour Mind, use Shadow Visions for maximum value. You play against a Mid-Range Hunter and both of you have traded off minions so that you almost reach the "top deck game"? - Devour Mind gives you that extra fresh air you need to persist. You face a Quest Mage? - Get that Ice Block and other value cards yourself. And yes, Cobalt Scalebane would probably work very well in this deck. But as of now, I like Devour Mind just enough that it keeps its spot.
3. Mindbreaker was a salt choice to be 100% honest. In the early stages of deck building (even before I tracked stats), I lost to Highlander every time. And I have a trait that I want my decks to be good against Priests, so I decided to try Dirty Rat first. I kinda liked it in other matchups, too, and decided to keep it. I still felt the need to have more counters to that deck later on, which led to me including Mindbreaker, which *wait for it* breaks Taunt Warrior, Demonlock and Highlander Priest if played correctly, while it hinders Token Shaman a bit. Considering other facts, like searching a replacement for Mind Control Tech while liking my curve and therefore searching for a 3-drop and Mindbreaker having solid stats to boast as well, the card seemed like a not half-bad idea to include. And so far I have to say it paid off.
I have been trying to make a solid Mid-Range Priest build and after starting out rather badly, I am steadily getting to the point where I want the deck to be. On the deck profile I will link below, I have gathered stats, wrote down a matchup guide and also noted my thought process while refining the deck. I would really appreciate it, if you could check it out!
I am recently playing a Mid-Range Priest build, which I try to make viable (can post the list later) and therefore really appreciate your attempt at building that Aggro Priest as both decks have similarities.
Best tier possible? Tier 2 - could be tier 1-1.5 if you can find the perfect balance in a Inner Fire/Divine Spirit build, which I have not been able to as of now.
However, let's address your current deck and let me give you some thoughts of mine on what to improve:
1. Take Young Priestess out. Every 1-drop that dies to Patches (or to a ping of any kind) is one that is not good enough sadly. Your deck needs to snowball as consistently as possible and a Priestess does not help that cause, as she is not safe to stay on the board for an Ascendant buff for example. Her effect becomes pretty insignificant later on as well. A way better minion for your deck would be Fire Fly. With 2 health, it survives the first turn pretty much always, it gives you another minion to put on the board and therefore an additional target for Cobalt Scalebane and Shadow Ascendant.
2. Shadowform doesn't seem to help you winning in the most cases. It is too slow, as it can't be played on curve in an Aggro deck. That card is a too big hit on tempo and therefore not worth the slow 2-damage burn.
3. Crazed Alchemist kinda made sense in that deck template (even though he didn't have enough good targets for Inner Fire/Divine Spirit), but not so much in your deck. Same applies to Inner Fire. Most buffs in your deck are ones for the attack value and don't really run too many high health + low attack minions where Inner Fire is best played on. You should either cut 1 or even 2 Inner Fires or add more good targets for it, because as it stands now, you are better off running SW: Pain instead of Crazed and Inner Fire. It is a way more consistent card in what it does and has the same effect if not better in your specific deck. Also, removing Doomsayers and Southsea Captain always comes in handy
--> You could also try Shadow Visions for the sole purpose of getting more Mind Blasts, I believe it would do a better job than Shadowform anyway
4. Ooze is unneeded, as there is no class besides Paladin that runs bigger weapons that need to be destroyed, as Pirate Warrior got less viable and played. Also Fallen Sun Cleric is pretty lackluster as well.
General replacements or potential inclusions could be: Fire Fly (you should include that imo), Dirty Rat, Curious Glimmerroot, SW: Pain, Spellbreaker, Bonemare, Tar Creeper or Stonehill Defender (and also a teched Dirty Rat) to get more Inner Fire value if you decide to keep it.
- They absolutely love your deck - They absolutely hate your deck - They want to know if they could have won, as in they might want to know which cards you had in your hand etc. - They want to remind you that you could have done a certain play better - They slipped with their hand all the way down to the Friend tab and added you accidentally without realizing *kappa*
I have been trying out a rather quick Priest deck that runs a bunch of early-game cards and uses Devour Mind, Elise and Thoughtsteal twice each to get maximum value out of very few cards as a plan B if you don't manage to snowball to victory quickly.
And boy, Fatigue Warrior is so satisfying to beat with it. I consistently manage to bait out some of his removal before he can resort to reshuffling infinitely. And more importantly, I manage to get Dead Man's Hand and his removal myself, which makes the game quite easy. As I run Coldlight Oracle and Dirty Rat as techs (or for the lulz respectively), I can get out his Coldlights to ruin his plays for instance as well.
Obviously, that deck of mine is not super viable, but Fatigue Warrior is a favourable matchup at least.

Flamewaker, because most players grew tired of Freeze effects in Mage. They would rather let themselves get killed with fire for a change.
Dr. Boom or Mysterious Challenger?

Here is a grind win against a Demonlock player, where Devour Mind and Mindbreaker were super helpful: https://hsreplay.net/replay/7SRAm7gFzEvDphhywEP4jF

Confessor Paletress
One of my favourite cards ever, a great ability, broken in Highlander - what is not to like here?
Fire Fly or Cabal Shadow Priest?

Valeera the Hollow, because she didn't get the bad art treatment.
Burgly Bully or Bone Drake?

Reasons can be:

I really don't like conspiracy theories, but there sure is something fishy going on in this comment section...

I guess Midrange/Face Hunter is easy to play, very cheap and works quite well right now. Rank 5 is easily achieveable with it.

Cabal Shadow Priest hands down.
