Does anyone know what happens when you play Jaraxxus and then Gul'dan, does your health pool goes back to a maximum of 30? Pretty important with the hero power and Reno.

I quess your max lifetotal goes to 30. Jaraxxus is a minion that turns into a hero and changes your max health to 15, so i bet the Bloodreaver does so. I am as curious as you are.
Jarraxus is his own beast, these new DK Hero cards do not alter your current health in any way (other than the 5 armor gain).

posted a message on Which card/deck type are you hoping will be good but probably won't be

A midrange elemental mage with Frost Lich Jaina as a late game value card. It might be decent but burn mage is probably always going to be better. That said, with all these DKs providing armor maybe burn is a little less effective overall.

Midrange Demonlock with Bloodreaver Gul'dan. There just aren't enough good demons, specifically good taunt demons.

Self damaging tempo warrior with Scourgelord Garrosh. There aren't enough tools in standard to give it the sustained power that it needs. I'm likely going to look to Wild for things like Grim Patron and Death's Bite.

    Edit: Spelling on new cards.

No one person is good enough or smart enough to nail everything. Good analysis should incorporate your own opinion as well as using insight from others knowledgeable on the subject. Most of these choices and explanations show a lack of regard for the insights of others...

Given that there are thousands of people on this site and everyone is going to have an opinion, you cannot possibly take all of them into account because there will inevitably be polarised perspectives on certain cards. Everything I've quoted you saying is true, but even the best players will sometimes vehemently disagree with each other on the viability of a card, and that's fine.

posted a message on Cobalt Scalebane

This is inherently good in Paladin and Shaman due to their token generating hero powers, but that's not all...

    1) Paladin can also abuse the buff with Divine Shield minions (this + Righteous Protector is disgusting), not to mention the potential for massive healing on Wickerflame Burnbristle and Corpsetaker.

    2) It can make previously easy to trade into totems (Primalfin Totem, Mana Tide Totem, Flametongue Totem) a threat in their own right. It's especially great on persistent effect minions like Mana Tide because it will often force your opponent to decide which target they want to take down, giving the other minion continued value from it's effect.

    3) Great on 'high health, low attack' minions as it take advantage of their potential for multiple trades. This perfectly lines up with Taunt minions because they typically have that stat distribution and also protect the Scalebane from minion attacks. If you can hide this behind taunts for even a couple of turns it can be game winning. This might even see play in Taunt Warrior for  that reason.

    4) As a fringe case, it's one of the only decent ways to buff the attack of minions in Mage which has interesting implications given the introduction of Frost Lich Jaina.

    This card is SOLID.

Some decent synergies there, but I'm confused by your inclusion of Dead Man's Hand - it's an anti-fatigue card, not at all tempo. I might also suggest Cruel Taskmaster or Inner Rage.

posted a message on Do you want Arthas to be deck-defining like the old gods?

I think he would be really cool as a Neutral Hero card

I thought the same, but you can see him as a minion card in the new reveal vid with Matt Place (@ 1:15). He's on the card log/sidebar.
As far as build around themes, they've been doing that sort of thing with most neutral legendaries ever since LoE to varying degrees. I like that design philosophy because it generally avoids auto-include cards (like Dr.7). Something to do with minions dying and/or deathrattles would be cool.

posted a message on Is this Arthas -> Lich King transformation possible?

The theme of the original 9 heroes being turned into DKs is at the core of the set identity, I don't think they'll break with that. The Arthas skin is a reward for completing the final boss battle with all classes, so most players won't actually get it - it's a special side option for more committed players.

Edit: that said, they could make him a Hero card. Then the Arthas into Lich King transition would still fit within the way they've built the set, more or less.

posted a message on New Card Revealed: Bone Drake

It'll more likely be Coldarra Drake +  Raza the Chained + Void Form from Shadowreaper Anduin I think, given the power of the new Priest DK Hero.
