Look at this dude. He's too strong for the game. For the small price of 4 mana, you get a card that can attack for 4 damage and take 5 damage. No drawbacks, no weaknesses. Compare this to Ragnaros the Firelord: 8 mana for an 8/8, which already loses a stat point compared to yeti, that CAN'T ATTACK. How is a card that A) Can't attack and B) Have less stat per mana supposed to contest with Yeti? The developers thought the answer was to make it deal 8 damage each turn, but it's RANDOM. You don't have control over it. The REAL answer is, it can't. Blizzard though, finally realizing how bad the card was, moved him to the Hall of Fame. Not because it was good, but because it was so famous for being bad.
Compare Yeti to Mind Control Tech, a card that people are mad about. But this card is bad. For 3 mana, you get a 3/3, which is also worse stats per mana than yeti, with an effect that only goes off if your opponent is winning. Why would I play a card that's good when I'm losing when I can just play Yeti and be winning?
I mentioned stat per mana before, but I'm going to go in depth a little bit more here, because it's such a complicated concept. Think of the formula f(x)=x/y where y = mana cost to be a cards stat/mana. Chillwind Yeti has 9 stats for 4 mana. This means it's stats per mana is f(9)=9/4. But wait, those are perfect squares! That means that it's really f(3)=3/2. Comparing those to each other, you can notice that there are 2 numbers that stand out the most: 2 and 4. Upon closer inspection, you realize that the sum of those numbers is equal to the difference of the other numbers (9-3)! This rare occurrence creates a phenomenon I call "Stat Squaring". Because these numbers are squared, the stats themselves are actually squared. It's not a 4 mana 4/5, it's a 4 mana 16/25.
After reading my arguments, I beg of you to message Blizzard and explain to them the errors of their ways. Please do not be cruel to them. Remember that they're only a small indie company, and that they may not respond to you for a while. While making mistakes are bad, it's not the end of the world as long as you learn from them.

If youve played Gwent, you know the best and most consistent decks have the least amount of cards. Adding more cards to a deck seems like a benefit on the surface, but it will make your deck less consistent. Also, control mirror games will last too long. Playing odd warrior is long enough with 30 cards.

Last February I gutted my rogue, warlock, and warrior class cards so I could make an entirely golden spiteful priest. It was beautiful for those 2 months until half the deck rotated.

Priest should get a new hero: deal 2 damage to all enemies, restore 2 health to all allies. Hero power becomes discover a card in your opponents deck

These changes would refresh the meta in the same way that unloading a shotgun into a man's face would refresh his life insurance policy.

Plenty of boomsday cards have found themselves into the meta. We even have a new mech odd warrior that's very popular. Not all archetypes can be competitively viable, and complaining that there isn't enough power creep in a set is a bit silly.

Adding different systems like banking time to use on different turns or having a game time counter seem too complicated. Hearthstone prides itself on being simple. Some people play this game on the toilet at work. The rope IS simple and effective at limiting turn time. Everything else is just silly.
Btw, the fact that it frustrates you means it works.

There doesn't need to be a solution for people who rope. The rope IS the solution for people who take too long on their turns. If I suspect someone is purposely roping me hoping I concede, I rope them back. After a couple turns they usually see I'm here to play and give up with the rope strategy. The fact is, the rope is there to stop people from drawing the game out, which it does effectively.

This is a dumb post. Blizzard doesn't make decks, they make cards. Whatever combination of cards you choose to put in your deck, whether meme or otherwise, is your choice. Blizzard doesn't say "let's make a mechathun druid deck and fill it with a bunch of legendaries and epics." The community built that deck based on the cards that were printed.

Don't laugh, he's just asking a question. To some people, 100 dust might be a lot.

I use a second florist instead. Twig is too predictable. You essentially tell them how many turns they have left before the combo. Plus, a lot of people play weapon removal
