To truly counter top tier, just join them

Bad advice IMO...both murloc paladin and pirate warrior have their weaknesses. When a meta breaker shows up, you'll be crushed along with them.

@ OP: Check out the latest VS Meta Report (http://www.vicioussyndicate.com/vs-data-reaper-report-45/#metabreaker) for some ideas. Token Druid, Aggro Shaman, and possibly Burn Mage seem worth checking out.

    Awesome meta.

But always is for few weeks after a expansion release, after that one or few decks dominates all, netdeckers copy&paste them and the boring reign supreme until the next release.

I really hope this not happen this time.

It inevitably will happen as people gravitate towards the "Rank 1 Legend 100% WR OP OP" decks to grind up the ladder. For now, however, I am also enjoying the variety of the current meta in the wake of the new expansion.

Looks interesting, but don't you have a bit too many expensive card to make 2x Divine Favor work? I'm curious...

More than half of this deck (17 cards) costs 1 or 2 mana. All but 3 cards cost under 5. While there's a total of 3 expensive cards (the 2xSpikeridged Steed and 1xDinosize) these are buffs that have an impact on the board the moment you play them. Plus, DF is sooo gooood versus control decks that I personally feel that you'd have to be crazy not to run it :)

I'd keep Blessing of Wisdom. One of the struggles is that you lose a lot of cards if your opponent kills a minion with a couple of buffs on it... Blessing and Primalfin both mitigate this issue.

Fair point. I'll continue running it for now, thanks for the feedback!

Combo with The Voraxx and/or Primalfin Champion for really silly amounts of value. This is swiftly turning into one of my favorite cards in the Un'Goro set.

Now if only Paladins could get Bolster...

Best use I've gotten from this so far is copying it with Mana Bind. Free 8+ drop? Yes please!

Because Servant of Yogg-Saron was a great card that saw a lot of use and everyone loved it, so of course they'd print another version of it.

As a wild player, I say nerf the cards.

Not nerfing the cards will inevitably make Wild unplayable.
It may take a couple of years, but -- it's inevitable.
Cards will have to be nerfed in wild.
So it's better to nerf cards in Standard to clean up the worst messes before they hit Wild.

This. If a card is broken in Standard, why is there this assumption that it won't be broken in Wild as well? The incredibly lame excuse of "oh we'll just wait for it to rotate out" and letting the metagame stagnate for months while the same OP decks roflstomp the ladder time and time again is, quite literally, the cancer that is killing Hearthstone in my highly-biased opinion.
That said, Team 5 need to adjust their approach to nerfing cards - there seems to be almost no middle ground between "basically unchanged" and "sent straight into the dumpster" on the spectrum of their nerfs. This latest round of nerfs being, largely, the exception to this.

Do you have Ragnaros the Firelord already? If not, I'd strongly recommend him over either Leeroy or Aya. Much more versatile and a very strong card in the classic set.

Otherwise, I'd say Leeroy personally. He'll never rotate out of standard and is a huge threat in aggro (or miracle rogue) decks.

Definitely just got lucky. No deck keeps a 100% winrate forever...
