Rafaam's Clownfiesta Scheme seems underwhelming, like another Hir'eek, the Bat; but potentially being a 3-cost version of it. You could keep it early and combo it with Demonbolt and Grim Rally turn 7; maybe that is enough?
Maybe Team 5 knows something we don't. Maybe Fiendish Circle sees play, either along with Rafaam's Scheme or instead of it because it's more reliable. 1/1s are not that hard to deal with since we got Dragonmaw Scorcher though.
(Edit: Yes, you can Handbuff Hir'eek. Maybe Blizzard wants us to sacrifice a bunch of Imps with spirit of the Bat and drop 10/10 Hi'reeks? Freeze Shaman 2.0)
This is a fairly balanced card; which means it doesn't hold up against the very powerful options of the current standard set.
Best case scenario: Drop it on the board; destroy (or at least damage) and enemy minion and retain a 5-Attack minion. That way, it would be like a cheaper Firelands Portal that summons a Magma Rager sized Loot Hoarder. Usual case: Using it as removal + draw a specific card - it becomes like a Rogue's Starfire with immediate combo synergy. At worst: You could also just drop this on the board as 5/3 with DR: Draw a card; like a slightly bigger but even worse Polluted Hoarder if you need tempo.
Currently it's outclassed by all the very powerful cards from Journey to Un'goro, Knights of the Frozen Throne and Kobolds and Catacombs. With the standard rotation removing all those cards, we will be left with only the weaker expansions, it would be a completly new meta where cards like this might actually be played.
After that, a deck with Captain Hooktusk might actually be a thing. Cursed Castaway is a decently sized pirate; alongside with Ticket Scalper and Southsea Captain and whatever other larger pirates they might print you could make a huge tempo swing.
I don't know about this one. At first glance, summoning 2 3/2s might be pretty good for a token deck; and giving something +2/4 taunt (while mana inefficient) can protect your board too! But Saronite Chain Gang exists and is more mana efficient; giving you both 2 tokens and taunt. Maybe if it rotates out?
But even now, if you want +health/taunt, you can either play the cheaper Mark of the Wild or Mark of Nature. Both do not see a lot of play. If you want to summon tokens, we currently have Landscaping which has premium stats (3 mana 4/4)! Also isn't played a lot :/
On it's own, it's a Tracking that tutors minions and doesn't discard; but costing 3 mana.
If you build your deck to be be both viable and have an as high as possible chance to discover 3 beasts, you draw 3 cards essentially. (unless the wording is as weird as on Masked Contender, where "play" means "put it on the battlefield without playing it", so "draw" would mean "keep all 3") Big Hunter wants to cheat with Kathrena Winterwisp and not draw their minions. This probably goes into some sort of Beast-themed midrange Hunter, or in a Secret/Spell Hunter to fetch Subject 9 and some other late game threats.
Last time I checked I cannot put Druid cards into my Warlock deck. And I am happy that Zoolock never got Mark of the Lotus, that would have been insane.
Yeah true, what was I thinking lol. Edited that one. I wrote that at like 3 AM; don't know what drove me to such insane logic. I originaly thought "It's a Discover X Spell on a stick; those are usually 1 mana." And then I remembered Babbling Book giving you a spell and also seeing a lot of play; and the mana cost fit perfectly! I did not think about the fact that it was a random spell D:
Soup Vendor is already fairly good because it has premium stats. Drawing even once is going to be REALLY good, and the tanky statline can make sure it sticks.

Curves well into Dragonmaw Scorcher :^)

What is this?

Somewhere out there, Youthful Brewmaster is crying
2
>Play Overload Combo Shaman
> 0-Mana Snowfury Giant + Big Bad Voodoo + Lesser Sapphire Spellstone
>Pray to RNGesus and get Grave Horror
Feels good.
(in all other cases use Ancestral Spirit though)

Source?
Because as far as I can read on the card, it's saying "draw them all",
but the wording hasn't really been consistent lately.
Masked Contender for example has written "play a secret from your deck"
but Blizzard confirmed in a Tweet that it works like Mad Scientist and does not work with Emerald Spellstone.
Apparently, "play" is shorter wording then "put" :^)

It's a decent dragon. Powerful but situational Battlecry, though weak stat distribution.
It's also a common card, which is nice to know from a financial point - if you wan to try a decent dragon deck, it's not going to cost you a lot^^
Edit: Nope, it's epic. Good Luck getting this out of your packs :(1
This ain't a Powercreep on Eureka! because it removes the card from your hand.
Very powerful effect; it's like a mini The Boomship that tutots!
And boy does it give you tempo. Cheating out minions always is worth looking at...
And the potential to drop Tyrantuswith rush on potentially turn 4 is nothing to scoff at.
Also wonderful synergy with Ironhide Direhorn. Cheating out Charged Devilsaur would allow it to face.
If there is a big beqst druid deck, this card makes it possible.

Cubelock can use this.

Soup Vendor is already fairly good because it has premium stats.

Curves into Benevolent Djinn, works with Chillblade Champion and Zilliax in Paladin.
It could be run in a Kingsbane Rogue if you feel a little spicy.
Technically you could put it into Heallock too.
