So, i am a f2p player, i have been playing for about 7-8 months. Now i do play as a casual gamer and currently having fun with odd rogue deck, i have all the important cards except Leeroy, so i am kinda curious how well odd rogue deck will perform after the upcoming update! (i was at rank 15 on previous 2 months with Mage & Hunter, now i am at 17, usually like to play arena rather than rank)
Well, I've been playing some of that this season and it doesn't feel nearly as powerful as the paladin decks. After the nerfs it will be a solid choice if warlock is still tier 1 (because you have a great matchup against them) and if paladin drops in power (worst matchup imo).
I guess playing any tier 1-2 deck that doesn't get hit by the nerfs it will be a solid choice in the first days of the meta. I suggest you to craft Leeroy if you have enough dust because it just gives you outs to win games out of nowhere and it's overall a great card played in several decks (Spiteful druid, Miracle rogue, even in some murloc pally)
Hey there I am currently deckbuilding a competitive ladder version of odd decks for each class and my current focus is on rogue and warrior.
The issue with odd rogue is that even though it is very powerful it relies almost exclusively on weapon hits and minion damage. The amount of burn included is virtually non-existent and with the lack of card refill that odd rogue does struggle with it doesn't have the same potential as current flood and face decks in the sense that it can get shut down very easily.
With the balance changes the deck will get more powerful and you can play it very successfully on ladder but you will have to put in way more effort in comparison to other aggressive decks.

I dunno... If odd Warrior, big spell mage, and control priest start to show up more often, it may stay right where it is. It's nice for tempo mirrors and getting in ahead of midrange, but tends to get eaten up by any control decks capable of getting out of range. Your minion presence just fizzles out too quickly.
I have been smorcing the ladder with odd rogue after the release of the last patch with very, very good results. Yeah, I know, I should burn in hell!!! :P :P :P

Thanks dude!
Appreciate all the feedbacks!
It will definitely be good.
I'm playing it at rank 1 right now, and its been performing at 74% win rate in 23 games. Still good in the first few hours.
I was also thinking the same way.

Good job dude!
:)
Deck was already decent before the nerfs, it's just somewhat underrepresented. Many people are actually playing it to legend and in pro tournaments.
