This game isn't even fun anymore in constructed. At least when Shaman dominated, you could interact and stop it at times because it was a midrange deck, but now it's fucking Jade Druid and Exodia Mage just playing card after card after card and fucking stopping you from doing anything at all. There's no interaction anymore in hearthstone.
Exodia Mage just constantly freezes the fuck out of the board and then wins on turn 10 and Jade Druid just ramps to 10 mana before you even get to 5 and floods the board and then refills their entire hand with 1 card. So sick of this shit. Constructed is so fucked.

See, I agree with this, but from maybe a different angle. As a Magic player, it frustrates me sometimes that I don't have ways to interact with my opponent like using Counterspell as an actual Counterspell, or having removal on his turn, or similar. I often think of Hearthstone as being like making pasta: throw some at the wall and see if it sticks: if it does then you're probably going to win, if it doesn't (i.e. the opponent has removal or AoE) then you either lose or have some stuff saved to try again, though you might just lose because you didn't go all-in the first time.
I've been finding recently with Rogue and Priest that you're able to do more interaction through balancing out *when* you use *what* removal and such, but the more Solitaire decks like Quest Mage or, my least favourite deck to play against, Anyfin Paladin irritate me because they just outright require you to play the aggro role in the matchup or you lose, even if you're playing the slowest Priest deck in the world that can heal for 100+ over the game but still loses to infinite damage.
Personally I dream for a Thoughtseize / Duress card in Hearthstone but it's never happening, because people would complain about it. I'm surprised they're not already up in arms about a card like the new Gnome Vampire thing but I guess that's random so it's "alright". Hmm.
So let me get this fucking shit straight. Jade Druid was the ultimate control killer that whose only counter was aggro and somewhat weak card draw because it needed Nourish so Blizzard decided to give it an army of taunts and the best card draw in Ultimate Infestation. Is it me or is this FUCKING STUPID! Hell, this is worse the Pirate Warrior because at least there the death was quick! And then there's the ramp. Why the fuck is it OK for one class to be able to hit 10 mana while the opponent is still at 5?
Damn it! I'm done! See you in 3 months when Blizzard finally gets it through their thick skulls that Druid must be nerfed! Nerf Innervate, nerf Ultimate Idiocy and Remove Jade Idol from the damn game, not Standard, the whole game!
They do it on purpose. Every meta, they make an S-Tier deck so new players will think they have a shot at legend and plunk down cash to finish the deck. Then the 'nerf' the deck after they get their paycheck claiming that they are listening to the community. Every 4 months they rinse and repeat. It is completely intentional because it is how they make their money.
You fucking tryhard netdeckers in casual, go shove more dildos up your worthless anus, I bet it's the only reason you have to exist besides ruining other people's attempts to have fun at this game.
What the hell? Why am I facing pre-Leper Gnome nerf face hunters in goddamn casual? With the only deck that decides to experiment funky stuff is a pirate warrior? WHYYYYYYYYY?!
Fuck the fucking Lich King. I don't even give a shit about getting that shitty hero. I just want to beat it with the two heroes I main. Warlock and Mage. I won with Warlock because of a glitch. Tried the Lackey version for Mage. Finally got the combo, but my deck wasn't strong enough. Decided the Giants version is better. Was four damage off before his turn seven once.
Fuck him and playing minions I have to hit into to not die. Fuck not drawing taunts in a mostly taunt deck. Fuck freezing my giants just in time to save you. Fuck the fact that I crafted a giant for this boss. I know Mage may not be the hardest against Lich, but it is the most immediately frustrating. I wish she could have gotten Rogue's, Would have made sense.
And I get Priest is shit, but fuck that debuff, btw.
I feel you man. No matter how many giants I pull out, he seems to draw into the perfect hand to insta-kill them at no cost to himself.
Also, the Priest debuff is probably the most difficult in the game. How am I supposed to own the Lich King when I can't spam "The light shall burn you!" or "You will regret this" after every play?!
I feel like i'm losing my mind here, drowning in a sea of posts about "jade op", "pirate op", and of course, "insert deck name is anti-fun" and yet i'm sitting here unfazed. Sure, they can be a nuisance just like any deck, and sure, the past couple of months haven't been defined by pirates or more recently druids. BUT, playing against either of them doesn't make me my eyes bleed the way even seeing that blonde fucking goat faced dog-cheese milking pre-teen fuck Anduin. I swear, once in a while I google "fuck priests" or "priests are cancer" only to be disappointed by the lack of shared sentiment.
The definition of priest is "watch me fuck you". I imagine they gave priests all the fuck you troll cards so that it would fit their historically widespread function as notorious molesters. Remove remove board clear remove board clear steal steal value value value, shove those cards up your cunt hole. I'm going to start introducing new people I meet to hearthstone and observing which deck they main, cause if they main priest I can rest assured that they're subhuman fungi with limbs and goat shagging genes overflowing in their gene pool since their primitive cave men ancestors got lucky and miraculously passed on their worthless genes for me to endure.
This resonates with me so well because I can not STAND Priest. It may be partly because an ex-friend played only Priest. It is also in part because of him taking copies of my fucking cards. I would much rather deal with Rogue taking cards from my class, than Priest taking a copy right from my deck. As soon as I see Mind Vision, I feel my rage. Try to to guess the card he took and play around the possibilities. I have even mulliganed cards against him because the odds are better against Thoughtsteal.
It's revenge for us being the most shafted class before Meme Streets of Jade Druidzan.
Nah dude, I am one of those who will congratulate the pirate warrior who achieved legend and it's not because I don't blaspheme against the game. The game has flaws alright, such that some decks that require less thinking are unfairly more efficent than those that require more thought. But I dont wanna put down the guy who achieved legend for the first time because of my own personal dissatisfaction with the game, which the dude didn't design btw. If the fella is toxic then it's a different story but if he's just happy that he reached legend then let him be happy. It's not his fault the deck archetype exists. Putting down someone for personal selfish reasons just seems so...pathetic.
No one should be congratulated for reaching legend, no one, simply because it takes absolutely zero skill do to so. All you need is a facedeck and enough time. Done.
If it requires no skills then every single HS player should be legend right? Just because people play face aggro doesn't automatically mean that they jam face every turn.
I don't see an issue with either a player celebrating or being congratulated for a game achievement. Neither has anything to with me or my experience with the game. If i was on a casino floor in Vegas and some old lady sitting next to me hit the slots for a few hundred bucks, I would congratulate her and she'd probably be cheering. Nothing to do with skill, just some luck and time spent. I would, on the other hand, continue to feed the machine and bitch about the bad RNG, lol!
I am salty about imbeciles that are acting positive always no matter what. Some moron takes Legend with say Pirate Warrior, makes a thread to brag about it, and bunch of stupid imbeciles comment:
"Don't mind haters, congrats bro!"
The worst kind of humans...
There's two types of people in this forum: The ones who will never blaspheme against the game no matter how inexcusably bad it gets, and the ones who are always willing to unnecessarily shit on it even when it does things right. Both are equally insufferable.
Then why are you here? >_>
Hey, I ain't perfect. I'm a man leaning on the second type, if I may say so myself.

Yes, RNG is a part of the game, just like in every card game. But the game does require some skill to play or else everyone would be on the same level.

Agreed, playing Hearthstone is like driving in bad traffic. You have good drivers and bad. You need some skill, luck and a good car (deck) to get where you want to go...

No. Randomness potentially puts people of the same skill levels at different finishing ranks. Seasons are relatively short by comparison to infinity. You can be unlucky or lucky in any given season and this can affect your rank. "Winning" poker players can still have years of losing money. The guy who finishes rank 5 "easy" every season can still run bad and finish 10-6 due to luck. However your games are also influenced by decisions ie there is also a skill component.

Exactly! Holy hell, this sums up my thoughts perfectly. Why you gotta go dampen the metaphorical old lady's good cheer? That's just nasty toxic behavior. And some people were even talking about the worst kind of humans. They have definitely not met the worst kind of humans.

Imagine how pathetically ridiculous and inadequate you would feel if you could only make progress on ladder playing Jade Druid, aggro Druid or Pirate Warrior? What a bunch of sad, desperate, little fucks - and its 60% of the playerbase!

In any other game I think the term given to people who don't play the best strategy nor try to find a new best one are called noobs. Also, a question: Who's the sad, desperate, little fuck between a man trying to win at the game and a man whining on forums about decks he doesn't enjoy?
Tons of people are complaining about Jade Druid because "it restricts control decks".
The real cancer that prevents people like me from playing any control deck is the Control Priest. It's a deck that basically says "Wow... You want to play control on another class? I don't think so, I'm the best control deck out there"
Jade druids can be destroyed by control decks by adding a Geist to your list. It really works. But how do you prevent your opponent from drawing another deck out of random cards and your deck in addition to its original deck?
