I've only played a dozen or so games but every time I matched vs a kazak druid (at least 4) I got my ass kicked. Feels like the the treasures are too strong when you have more than 10 mana a turn.
Of course fast aggro decks generally stomp them before they ramp that high, so not sure how meta defining it will be.
The face hunter people love to hate, also protects against the greedy "OP" slow decks.
This feel like a Pirate Deck vs. Reno Deck meta where anything in the other than hard aggro or Kazaksun Priest/Druid just can't pick up consistant wins.
Playing a lot of Kazakusan Druid and had very polarized result with it.
I'm ignoring Trogg comment. He was a thing before and was wrecking my Druid Quest anyway. So that's nothing new. If some player want to farm on me with Trogg, they were already before Onyxia Lair.
My real issue is how the game just want to punch me in the nuts with the draw. I had game where I had all my ramp card in hand and all my control card in hand but never was able to pull Kazakusan. Other time I had the perfect ramp and could pull Kazakusan on turn 4... But the treasure were all bad.
Overall the deck will die. It's not consistent enough to be competitive. I will likely just adjust my previous Druid Quest to add Kazakusan as an "anti fatigue" tool which was an issue I had.
Raking in wins with kazakusan priest. All of the control tools plus the ability to consistently get kazakusan out on curve if not way early, raise dead for multiple kaz, it’s pretty strong. Really the only decks that contest it are kaz Druid because they can cast 2x embers of rag, and the mirror. Just way too much synergy and cost reduction going on.
Think everyone wants to try and play the new legendaries ... and then people want to win vs those decks so they stick with what works and aggo.
Mini set is mini set , it does not bring much so for what little it does bring , people play and try it ! I say give it some time and people will either give up , find a counter or it will be nerfed in some ways !

/cheer on!
You say that, but last mini set added Mr. Smite, which led to me seeing it in 1 in 4 decks for a long while. Mini set before that basically gave life to elemental shaman too, with Primal Dungeoneer and Wailing Vapor. Let's not forget darkmoon races either!
It seems like the mini sets never fail to shake things up.
So far it’s one of the worst metas i’ve ever seen. I felt like druid was out of hand before the set came out but now this Kazakusan thing?? Disgusting. Priest in comparison feels fair even though their game plan is very similar. A vast majority of my games consists of decks that play nothing for 4 turns and then ramp up to do something unbeatable or a deck that answers every play i make before unleashing their win condition around turn 8. I would love to see a functional midrange deck manage to overcome this garbage but i can’t see it happening without some serious nerfs
I really love this meta, as playing with control dragon warrior and ramp dragon druid. Feels good to play control again and I hope it stays for a while.

Ramp Druid cards are the problem, not Kazakusan. Druid can bring it to the board too fast and too easy.
Both Control Priest and Warrior feel more fair to be against their Kazakusan.
I really don't care how the meta is, but would like to see what people think.
You can vote multiple!
Lots of Kazakustan decks, but they're not really winning so far
Not sure, too busy farming Druids.

I only play Shaman, and life is hard.

If you are Druid after you play Kazakusan, you win in 2 turns unless you don't know how to play. You need 2 spell combo to burn your opponent for 48.
