I'm not too sure what it is, but Demon Hunter just doesn't feel like a real class to me. I practically refuse to acknowledge its existence. I tried it out when it first came out, but that was the first and last time I played it. I can't see anything ever sparking interest in the class for me. Anyone else feel a similar way? If so, what's your reasoning?
My most played class since it released. Nice with a breath of fresh air after so many years with the same classes. That and needing to work on the 1000 win skin ;)
Very relatable actually. I guess for me it was simply that it felt like very little to no strategy was necessary to play DH and generate tons of wins, given how extremely broken the cards were on its initial release (2/2 battlefiend was just absurd). The games played against DH were simply so unfun that I wasn't willing to participate in giving that experience to other players (and I am generally also more of a Control style player).
I did play a little DH in the current expansion as my first 2 Scholo legendaries were Soulciologist and Kreen (so friggin' disappointing) ~ the soulshards have given a little bit of flavour to DH that I do enjoy, but it still feels as a non-versatile experience. Not my cup of tea.
I didn't enjoy playing it when it came out but with Scholomance, I find that its a lot more enjoyable. You should definitely try it again with the new cards!
So when I think of the demon hunter, I immediately get a putrid taste in my toothless gob. To counteract this, of course, i never play this class and always have a bucket next to my pc when i cue against this class.
Same thing here. I played DH on the day of release and never touched it again. What makes me sad is seeing cool cards like Nethrandamus stuck with this class as he just doesn't fit with their hyper aggressive style of play.
Control Soul Demon Hunter is actually a challenging deck to play and also a good one on ladder. It's far away from the classic Aggro DH that were swimming when it was release.
You really miss something by refusing to try this deck.
Not refuse, just don't like aggro and I haven't any of the cards needed for the control decks the class does indeed have. But if I did have them I'm sure I'd have given the class a try.

I refused to play the Aggro 'Nerfed 13 times and still busted' DH in the prior expansion. But I think the currently very popular Soul Fragment archetype with Polkelt and Magtheridon is a very interesting deck to play
It’s the only class I don’t have 1000 wins with (like 10 actually), but I’ll think I’ll wait a few extensions until I can enjoy some type of control deck, maybe with new highlander class cards or a new mechanic specific to the class. No hurry, but currently I find the class disgusting.

I actually played 0 games with dh, not even tried it.
Demon hunter is far and away more of a real class than priest.
i play demonhunter... reno demonhunter is a great and fun deck to play... not the most competative, but certainly very fun!
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!

It's not about refusing, but about not having interest at all
The not feel like a class I think falls under druid not DH because rule breaking is the most fun to play against over and over

Priest is absolutely miles above Demon Hunter for different play styles and identity. I’m sorry if the identity is infuriate your opponents though.

Yes I get the quest I re roll it

Yes, until soul dh came out
Cool deck
Nope...I’ve refused to play Priest though.

Take a walk on the wild side...
My wild account hasn’t even unlocked the class yet. On my standard account have around 150 wins.
