Damn you warriors, I am not willing to play a 40 minutes game and I am not going to read a 40 minute wall of text either.
This is actually what I love. I'd much rather play the long game where i have to think strategic and consider the amount of recources I have and when to use them. If I want to play a 5 minute game I'd consider a less dynamic game (Pong) or games that have a certain time limit (like sports games)
The long games is are exactly what I'm looking for in a game like this :D
Having a 4 mana 4/5 minion with a battlecry of doing 10 damage, which can be discovered over and over and has rush is pretty broken IMO. At least that should be nerfed.

This argument is absurd. You don't have to "consider the amount of resources you have and when to use them", because your entire deck is filled with resources and the Boom enhanced hero power gives you more.
There are Control decks that require strategic thinking, but the current Control Warrior requires virtually no thought what so ever.

Every deck you play against requires thought and strategy there is no need to disingenuously marginalize that truth. To make the correct plays you need to understand the deck you are facing, what it's strengths and weaknesses are, what cards to predict will be played next by your opponent and how to best approach the circumstances of the game with the limited portion of your deck currently in your hand.
You are projecting your own absurdity onto others.
But, it's still early, we havent figured out the best decks yet. I can easily see a reborn or deathrattle deck OWNING control warriors. But until its figured out just gotta go with it.
We already have Quest Paladin, that deck eats Warriors.

Actually you just kill everything they play the minute it comes down. Doesn't matter what class you are facing.
There are a couple of exceptions, of course. Remember to save your taunts against Quest Druid to stop Bees combo from OTK'ing you for example. But this isn't rocket science.
But CW is easy to play. And the mirrors are pretty mindless. There are a few simple rules to follow universally; there are very few dynamic decisions to be made. The key to winning CW mirrors is drawing Boom first, and getting better cards from Eleysiana.

Oh wow, you mean the control archetype consistently has the same strategy just like the combo deck archetype have the same strategy within their own right: Stall game until you have your combo, execute combo then win the game. Zoo decks will consistently have the same strategy for their archetype as well, wow what a big surprise!
Following your logic:
Let's say Dr. Boom never existed... The key to winning CW mirrors is getting better cards from Archivist Elysiana. Otherwise, what else could there be... Control Warrior strategy would still stay consistent with the archetype regardless of Dr. Boom.
Sure the power level of Dr. Boom should be tweaked but if you find the "control archetype to be mindless" then getting rid of Dr. Boom isn't going to change your perception of that archetype because it will still be consistent when Dr. Boom is gone from standard.
Real unpopular opinion... Warriors need a buff! Dr. Boom should be 1 mana and in your opening hand. Brawl should always let your minion be the one that survives. The Beatles were hacks.

If you have been following this whole thread, you would realize that Boom isn't the only broken card in Warrior. They are gonna get the same treatment Rogue got in RoS. I fully expect multiple nerf's to their cards and possibly HOF'ing Brawl.
Zoo decks have to play around AOE's when faced against Control decks. It's not like they have infinite resources to keep flooding the board. But when faced against other Aggro decks, every single turn requires thought. There is a balance between trading vs going face, between developing vs removal, that changes from both turn to turn and game to game.
Combo decks have to think about when to freeze the board, when to play Time Out. They have a limited number of resources to do so. That is what makes them difficult to play. Do I use Alex offensively or defensively? Etc.
Thijs vs Oshtaka Freeze Mage mirror was a classic. Ever see a CW mirror classic? I bet no. I saw Dog play Muzzy in a CW mirror back in the Elise/Justicar error. Neither play thought about their plays. All routine. Back then the key was drawing Trueheart first. Now it's Boom.
Long story short .... every warrior complains about Lunas being broken anyone else complains about Dr. Boom being broken.
In the end just look on Big Data stats and you will see that Mages are still pretty good to counter, but Warrior is not.
That also approved by seeing CW being the best Metadeck with the best Winrate on every rank on the ladder. The only kids sayin CW isn't broken are those who spam it in ranked and would not achive a high rank without it! ***Doomsayer-OUT***

Nah, let's just replace Blast Shield with a new heropower so games vs. Control Warrior won't last 40 minutes anymore. No need to delay the torment when a solution can be easily achieved.
7 mana, equip a 7/7 weapon with Overkill. That way he could even make use of the remaining armor in case Shield Slam is gone.

If you think a long game is the same as a strategic game, you have a lot to learn.
The only thought that goes into playing Control Warrior is matching the amount of removal to the minions on the board. That's not strategy. That's a kindergarten intro to numbers.

62.7% and 39 000 games, thats is not fair in any ranked based game, for balancement improves we expect to things that have a huge win rate have a low popularity because only the few people who play a deck, class, or etc have a lot of games, cwarrior is the most popular archtype, you realy thing the 760000 warriors games registered on hsreplay be played by main c warrior players?
sorry for bad inglish, i got my data on hsreplay

The most meaningful consideration in Control Warrior at the moment is "I hope Boom isn't in my bottom 5 cards."

Let's see… aggro takes no thought. Control warrior takes not thought. ____ (insert deck you can't beat) takes no thought.
But the deck YOU play takes skill and planning.
I'm detecting a trend here.
Good gracious, thank you. ^^^^
