I'm done... i just cant win more than rank 4 with Priest anymore. If i dont netdeck is just impossible. Since boomsday i've been getting to rank 1 every season. And since more than 2 years ago, i've been only playing Priest as my favorite class, and gave to me the aim to get leyend with priest and with priest only. Since i dont play too much, the higher rank i've get is RANK 1...But now is imposibe i just CANT !!
Is like priest is death and it makes me so sad. I always craft legendary priest card every expansion but this time is useless. Having so much funny cards this exp (catrina and Madam), i just cant beat the meta; and everyone is using the same deck. I havent seen NOT A SINGLE original cool idea. Everyone netdecking and its getting my nervs.
Priest has no chance against druids with their constante swamping; no chance against warrior with that almost infinitee value, removal and mech tools (goddd always getting the omega and the bomber mechs). No chance almost, against turn six kadhgar + the twinspell removal with a giant (4 giants turn 4-5-6? really?). No chance against bomb hunter because not enough healing cards. Shaman is beatable, yes; paladin is also beatable; but the rest? ROGUE? Tempo rogue, a class that i face one and again and again one after the other (even 6 in a row) priest just CANT defeat the ammount of tempo, even if you are controlling the board as much as possible, they just draw entire deck and ALWAYS get the cards they need to do 20+ damage in one turn.
Is priest really doomed???? I've been testing this deck (some sort of clone priest), that got me to rank 3 one time this season but now i just cant win. Since then, i've been testing a lot of different decks, even Dragons with Elysiana, Deathrattles, buffs, walls, taunts, aggro priest, and even shadowform and the list goes on.
The fuunny thing is, EVERY SINGLE expansion i get both ROGUE'S legendaries.. and i have enough dust to craft whatever I want even being a F2P player. The only card missing is leeroy and edwin; but is like i have this internal spirit that i cant be so dumb to play the class and deck that EVERYONE is using... Rogue is out of control.

Rogue will be nerfed very soon, so it's a wise choice not to craft the Tempo deck right now.
For what actually concerns your post, Priest is in a really bad spot right now: I think you won't get much better results with the class even if you netdeck. It's just that it misses early game or another good board clear in order to compensate the lack of said early game.
Cards like Shadow Visions and Psychic Scream (but even Tar Creeper, a neutral card) left such a big hole that Silence and Resurrect aren't able to fill decently.
I'm main Priest so I understand your struggle, but I feel like that if the meta were a little bit slower (without being punished by Warrior'a OPness), Priest would actually have a chance.
Moreover, an advice for your deck: this meta is aggro oriented and you don't have enough tools to deal with it. Mind Blast Priest works wonders if you're able to survive, but that's not the case: I suggest you to try Wall Priest with Batterhead

Well, it all comes down to what you mean with netdecking: does it mean playing with a non-ideal deck just because of yes? Cause that's what you're telling me: you know how the meta is right now, you know how to counter it but despite this you keep crippling yourself.
I don't want to be too harsh since I'm trying to help you, but I guess you understood what I was trying to say.
You don't want to straight copy paste a deck? Then add some cards that you like/you feel good to play with, but it's inevitable that the core of each class is part of a net deck.
if you want something aggressive that probably won't see nerfs, you could play one of the aggro shaman decks (I don't mean the murlocs, although that is good as well)
tends to be like an aggressive overload deck with electra for double bloodlust or double soul of murlocs.
I have a deck I can share if you like.
Other than this, if it's mainly Tempo Rogue that is bothering you, there are other control decks than warrior that beat it. Some of the Control Shaman decks have decent winrates, but you have to pick the right one as they don't all do so well against rogue.
You're not a better player for refusing to adapt to the meta. Get over yourself, you'll have a better time if you just play to have fun rather than trying to make a point.
Every other season my w/r has been 55-70%. This season my w/r has been about 1-2%. I've lost the majority of any sort of roll this season. Even if I have 80% chance to win the roll, I will still lose that roll. I can make my opponent discard 6/10 cards, and 100% of time they will be left with their 4 combo pieces and discard only the non-needed cards.

There just isn't a lot going on for priest right now unfortunately.
It doesn't mean you can't play something else as well though? you don't have to give up on priest entirely.
Even if you netdeck a priest deck, it won't be all that good. Probably the worst class at the moment in standard.
Things can change though. Priest might be great next expac.
the complicated answer: all strategy games are based on adapting the strategies of others. We can't all forge a new archetype every time the new meta rolls around. I too hate netdecks, but I understand the necessity.
When I build a deck, I first look at several variations of the deck - what cards are present throughout all of them, which cards vary from player to player. I try to find decklists that explain why they use one card or another - seeing a player's reasoning helps you make your own. When I'm ready, I begin building a deck. I start with the cards that every deck uses, the ones that are most essential to the game plan. Then I run through my deck to look for anything I personally think might fit the archetype. Then I look through the various other cards that people included and pick which ones I feel work the best. If there are spots left, not enough spots, or a wildly uneven curve, I look at what I can cut or add with minimal impact to the deck. Finally, I test the deck. I get a feel for what cards work and don't work. If a card isn't helping my gameplan after about 5 games against different archetypes (win or lose), I figure out what I can replace it with.
As a result of this strategy, my decks borrow existing, proven to work strategies and combos, but I take my own spin on the deck. For example, my silence priest deck is based mostly on RegisKillbin's budget list (although I looked at Toast's and one other for reference). However, mine is hyper aggressive and runs leeroy double mind blast as a finisher for when I run out of other cards. No deck I've ever played against runs mind blast in a deck that I think should clearly be built as aggro, but everyone to their own I guess.
So borrowing other ideas? Yes, absolutely. Netdecking? No

1.) Warrior does not care about a deck's midgame board presence alone. Rogue removes it. Big Mage and Mech Hunter outclass it.
2.) Warrior can deal with one-shot face damage and stacked boardstates past turn 10. Rogue aims for lethal before either happens. Big Mage and Mech Hunter can constantly replicate their own.
3.) None of these decks care horribly about one-time single-target removal. They do not easily run out of minions, or they don't care if they do.
So: play an early aggro deck, play a deck that can outlast other aggro/token decks or play a deck that applies constant pressure and can win on/before turn 10. Those are the best shots at climbing right now; leave control to the Hero cards and leave combo to Nomi and Mecha'thun. Aggro/zoo decks have the most potential imo as they have a shot against any other deck.
A Priest deck needs to do much better than 1-for-1 trades and passing if it hopes to succeed right now. It needs to apply pressure in some form. No longer can heal-> pass be the norm for them in Standard, not until they have access to board clears like Psychic Scream again.

Priest is in a bad spot right now, having lost Spirit Lash, Duskbreaker and Psychic Scream. It’s unfortunate, but rotation has hurt the class more than others, and hasn’t really given it the tools it needs to survive against Tempo Rogue and Token Druid. I’ve tried building Deathrattle Control Priest decks, but they’re too slow and too easy to play around. Hopefully, the next expansion gives Priest some more survivability.
Waah I don't wanna n-n-netdeck because that's for stupid people!
Get over yourself. Priest is in the gutter which was something everyone knew would happen. Play Nomi Priest if you want some sort of viable priest deck.

The distinction between netdecker or not is just stupid.
There are only winners or losers. And winners know that they cannot do everything by themselves. So they build on the work of others to do great work.
In HS term this means you look up the decks that other great players played and adjust them slicely to the meta.
