Turn 3, Rogue mirror. Starting hand VanCleef, Swashburglar, Mimic Pod and the coin. Swashburglar into Prep, into Mimic Pod, into two Counterfeint Coins, into Edwin with 14/14. Opponent was unable to remove or taunt it through both following turns.
Turn 3 with coin, 2 Whirling zap-o-matic on board, Flametongue totem and unnerfed Rockbiter Weapon. Turn 2 6 damage, turn 3 another 26 damage. Exactly lethal (it was against a priest that could only use hero-power)
Turn 1 with rogue ..... all i did was play the quest and opponent conceded. But I guess that does not count. PS It was not a quest rogue, just a deathrattle rogue, but it felt good to mess with opponent just by playing the quest.
In brawl definitely turn 1... Blood magic brawl is crazy...
In ranked turn 4 with wild murloc shaman. All i need is perfect draw for it and a coin. 1 drop into tidehunter into coin finishers into double everyfin (both for 0 mana)...
It was with Undertaker Hunter back in the day on turn 3 (Maybe 4 but prolly 3). I don't remember the exact set-up but it was Undertaker + Coin + Undertaker into my opponent being dead 2 turns later LUL

I remember a recent turn 3 win with mage when Mana Wyrm was 1 mana. I drew the godhand. It was something like:
Turn 1. Mana Wyrm - Coin - Mana Wyrm
Turn 2. Primordial Glyph > Primordial Glyph > Frostbolt - 1x 5 attack Mana Wyrm, 1 X 4 attack mana wyrm = 12 damage Face
Turn 3. Frostbolt - Arcane Missiles - 1x 7 attack Mana Wyrm, 1x 6 attack mana wyrm = 19
As for Tavern Brawl: Turn 1, with those broken "Your spells cost health instead of mana" druid/paladin decks

I want to say 4. Getting the nuts with an aggro deck when they have no answers at all makes it fast.
